It was better befor, the rooms needs maintenance, the staff cant work under pressure, and the management is not available to controle the situation.
Great resort and best place to get relaxed out of every thing.

The hotel is perfect in 2 things: The view and the Cleanliness (5 stars for those) On the other hand, the staff at the reception are not really welcoming, they do not smile but they do their job. The breakfast is awesome on the terrace with the view and the old lebanese music. The room is clean BUT there are many things that do not exist, and that normally exist in hotels (they need to know that there are people who come for a weekend and not for the whole summer. Not everyone has his water boiler, mug, spoon, nescafe, tea… and in the bathroom, well not everyone has his toothbrush, his shower cap, his conton tige… There are many things missing in the room. If a person wants to wake up and make nescafe for himself and drink it in front of the view on the balcony, well he can't because there are not even mugs in the room. Overall, it was a good experience but a little overrated regarding the facilities that this hotel brings.
