I just had dinner there, was delicious. Beautiful view by the large windows, lovely lighted trees outside with red bulbs. Food, service, location, ambience all wonderful, price competitive especially considering this is a five-star hotel, the prices were reasonable.

Great food and ambiance. Nice location and relaxing atmosphere.

There are a lot of amazing hotels in Lebanon. When I have the opportunity I enjoy Le Gray because it is such a Quaint and personable sitting right in the heart of the city of Beirut. The accommodations and food and service or top quality. It’s great to be able to get up and take a long run through the city from this location location. The room sizes and accommodations are perfect and well-suited for business and lodging. You can’t go wrong for sure.

I stayed at Le Gray for the second time and as always — the service was impeccable, the food was perfect and the huge rooms/rooftop/gorgeous infinity pool were beautiful. I’ve stayed all over and this is one of my favorite hotels in the world.

Excellent hotel, great service, cozy and nice, very nice lounge area inside, the Gordon’s café has a very nice terrace over looking the street in downtown area, they serve great food and great pizza in specific, healthy options available as well.

The woman in the reception very very rude she shout of the client of hotel. Today at 9:00 morning she is working. I asked to print my documents and waiting hour for this. The staff not professional and rude. First time I'm stay in this hotel and of course the LAST time! And how I understood GM of this hotel his name is Georges Ojeil also very rude, for him it's a normal action of his staff. And he advise to do check out) ) ) ) very bad services. Very bad hotel.

Not many places in the Middle East vam compare to this hotel. My room was a corner suite and it was one of the nicest suites ever. The hotel is beautifully fragranced and the staff are all nice and polite especially front desk manager Antony. The rooftop bar offers nice place to relax in the evening and during the day there is a pool with good views of the city. This hotel was a pleasant surprise.

Truly excellent. The accommodation is outstanding and the staff is great! The only problem was the internet, which was very slow. I hope it was a temporary problem as I intend to come back.

We had an educational event there and there were very prefessional stuff (security and those working in the kitchen and on the floor)

Today we have experienced the spa at Le gray it was a wonderful time very clean nice relaxing atmosphere professional and very helpful staff will surely come back Also the restaurant is offering delicious dishes with a very professional service.

This hotel is very well located near the Solidere quarter, which is the new area in Beirut. The terrace (breakfast & dinner) is really nice with view on Beirut. The service is good and the design/decoration of all common areas is beautiful and modern. Very stylish! I love this hotel actually.

Probably one of the best hotels in Beirut. Definitely the most beautifully designed hotel in Beirut. Incredible art work hand picked by the owner himself! Beautiful terrace that overlooks the blue mosque and a few historical churches — but the cherry on top is the stunning infinity pool they have. Once of a kind in Beirut.

High level hotel in the deep heart of downtown Beirut. Well positioned to explore the city center and the marina. Close to Beirut Souk, one of the shopping district. The infinity pool on the roof is very beautiful. The superior room have a list screen TV in the Bath to enjoy the TV while bathing. Positive experience.

It was the first time for my husband and I at Le Grey Hotel and it will definitely not be our last! We truly enjoyed our dinner at the Indigo. The food was spectacular and the view was breathtaking. Also, the front desk team was very nice to us, especially Hassan; he was wonderful and is a great asset for the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Beirut!

This is one of my favourite hotels. The staff is really good and well trained. I have held events in this hotel, dined in their restaurants and stayed as a guest in their rooms. The experience is always lovely. My absolute favorite part is their incredible beds and especially their breathtaking pillows… I could sleep for days! Whatever mood you are in or reason you have to stay in a hotel Le Gray offer every experience… a special thank you to Mario Bassil for always going above and beyond.

Very nice hotel. I was there for a medical conference. It was a nice experience. After the lecture we had diner in the Indigo restaurant at the 6th floor. The view from there was wonderful.

Nice place regarding the decoration. Food experience was fair but service wise is poor specially when I found droplets of oil all over my jacket hanged on my chair.

A dinner at the top roof at indigo is a must. The food is quite good even though I expected it to be better. The steak is good there to try. We were on a friday night where there was a girl singing for entertainment.

I highly recommend Indigo On The Roof for a romantic dinner or anniversary. It was a themed night for Whisky and Cigar Lovers with a great singer, band and salsa dancers. The food is delicious specially the Coconut Desert! Cheers!

It was a great time visiting my friend in Le Gray Beirut the hotel is amazing an easy access to shopping district, sorrounded with historical places. Meeting room and conference room was really amazing the theater room that makes me feel fascinated can't wait to see the new ballroom when I return. The Cigar Lounge where you can sit and unwind, the restaurant the infinity pool everything is amazing.

It was a weekend trip to Beirut. The hotel is at the heart of the Capital with a walking distance to mall, restaurants and Beirut marina – Zaitunay Bay. Service, food and facilities were very nice. Hotel staffs were extremely sweet and caring.

The usual place I tend to reserve for my visiting guests as it is a 5 star hotel located in the heart of Beirut DT. From the feedback I have received, the staff are friendly and the rooms are spacious.

I don't often take the time to rate a hotel but after a remarkable 5 night stay, may 24-30 at Le Gray I needed to share. Rooms were immaculate. Upgraded to a beautiful executive suite overlooking the boulevard. Common areas gorgeous, indigo staff was remarkable, remembered my breakfast each day. Many thanks for the hospitality.

I stayed here in September and my experience was perfect. The hotel is not only beautiful to look at but the silence and sense of peacefulness in the middle of a bustling Beirut left me stunned. The staff are polite and gentle in their approach. The room (executive suite) was spacious and perfectly decorated. I fell ill during the night and was looked after by staff who even took time to go to a pharmacy for me and pick up medicine for me without charge. The cigar lounge, rooftop pool and general layout of Le Gray is what really did it for me. Total luxury waiting at every corner.

I'm a frequent visitor to Beirut — This hotel is in a good location and contemporary property. Stayed 9 days, valet could not find my car on occasions, aweful customer service, minimal staff training for a so called "5" star hotel, restaurant is a joke. I recommend you stay at the Four Seasons or the Phoenicia — as those properties, management and staff cater to you and are true 5 star hotels. Emails I sent four moths ago to the GM, who never responded, followed by an email to the corporate office: * The valet lost my BMW twice and the rest of the time we had to wait for the car after calling ahead from the room 20-30 minutes ahead. Each day, I was asked if I was "in house" by the same staff. At one point I was going to get my own car from the parking lot! * The inconsistencies of breakfast were truly shameful for a "5" star property. During 9 days, we ate at the same table where the staff would know where we are sitting every morning. One day there would be 1 silverware set with no napkin, another would be 2 silver sets without napkins. For 9 days we ordered the same items: orange juice and coffee which would arrive mid-meal even though we would be the only guests there with a fully staffed kitchen. * For nine days, the 1st thing in the morning, I would call for ice for my diet Pepsi — sometimes it would arrive instantly, other times it would be 1/2 an hour and twice it did NOT arrive at all (even though I called twice).

With all my respect, the hotel is in a brilliant location of downtown Beirut. I traveled the world and stayed in most luxurious hotels but I never paid for a bottle of still water 12$! it is not acceptable comparing to other luxurious hotel that they even don't charge you for the water on the table, I had a dinner in the rooftop restaurant, service was okay, but the food was not a 5 stars hotel food! and with the general situation and the lake of tourists price should be more feasible. Very disappointed.
