I've been there few months ago as I was renovating my apartment and moved to this hotel for few days. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. My room was spacious, very clean (I usually perform a cleanliness test as soon as Enter a hotel room), could't find a bad spot.

Worst experience of my life! Not the hotel, but rather the elixir spa in the hotel. I had booked an appointment for 5pm, they called and asked that I should come at 6 instead (which wrecked my whole schedule). I arrive there and find out that it’s because the girl was late, and was very unapologetic. I had booked a deep cleanse. It was anything except a deep cleanse, I could have done a better job with just applying a face mask at home. She couldn’t wait to get done and leave and so she did a very sloppy job. And the worst part is that I was leaving and another client was going inside after me, the girl starts gossiping with her colleague about the client. Oh and as I was paying, they charged me more than the price in the brochure they had sent saying they increased their prices! I had originally planned on booking a massage but after this experience, I will not be going back there again. Very disappointed. My friend even changed her mind on going after she saw my face.

Nice hotel, amazing breakfast and the service is perfect, very convenient with le' mall just few steps from main entrance… spa and all facilities are perfect, I love the Aroma in the spa.

Love the mall inside this hotel! Very friendly staff, and you can find most of the famous shops.

The service is fantastic. Food is amazing. The hotel is a little far from downtown. The top floors offer an amazing view of Beirut. Staff are helpful and friendly. Very attentive to details. Customer satisfaction is really a priority. Room light however needs to be increased to match the spacious room.

Decent hotel with good amenities. I believe it’s a little over priced for the location and the quality of food that they have but non the less a nice place to stay if you’re looking for a hotel in that particular area. They have a lounge on the 31st floor with killer views.

I was in the Dome conference. It needed better cleaning. Few people were complaining about the cleanliness of the toilets.

I was a solo traveller for 3 days, staff there were so helpful specially Hassan in the Concierge who has always options and great advices if this is your first time in Beirut. Farouk in room service has always the smile on his face that will make your day. I had pleasant stay for 3 nights and for sure I will be back again.

Great business hotel with amazing warm service. The breakfast is exceptionally good and the hotel location is well serviced with restaurants and café all around. Best thing is that the hotel is located directly next to Le Mall shopping mall which makes it ideal for shopping and fun as well.

Rooms are bit dated but the staff are super friendly and everyone is really helpful. The Gym is amazing with a lot of machines, weights and treadmills with an adjacent spa to relax. Recommend it when in Beirut.

This is a very good hotel close to many attractions. Its quite a drive however if you want to go to the city. I like that a mall is in the same building. Very convenient.

Definitely not Hilton standards. TV is old and small, probably from 2007, it didn't even work. I was staying on the executive floor so rooms are a bit improved over others. Well if that's the case I can't imagine how the standard rooms look like. Overly priced, sub-par services. Only subject where they ace is breakfast. Oh boy, the restaurant manager is probably one of the best in business, hats off to him and his efforts to trying to make everyone comfortable. Overall unpleasant experience with this once iconic hotel. I hope they get back on track soon.

Been here for a couple of events and a spa treatment. Good reception, clean environment, professional staff, recommended.

Good hotel for business travelers. The property is quite old though. The Wi-Fi is free but isn't that strong! Tip: ask for a room on a high floor to get a great view of Beirut. If your staying the week, the Jazz band on a Thursday is really good.

Stayed February 2015, traveled on business. The hotel is located in Sen El Feil. It is attached to a shopping center (Le Mall) and very small taxi ride from City Center mall. Generally speaking, you need to take a taxi to go anywhere. This hotel is definitely above "Average" but because services has been always inconsistent I can't say very good. Check-in: Checking-in was extremely fast and although my company made a booking mistake, they were able to correct it very fast. In general, the front desk guys were constantly helpful. They take ownership of problems and actually solve it. Rooms: I was given a room that was quite spacious and very well equipped for a light business traveler. The problem was that it had a strong smoke smell. The front desk changed my room with an upgrade. The new room was even more spacious with a panoramic view over Beirut. The bathroom had a Jacuzzi and a stand shower cabinet. It seems though that this room hasn't been used for a looong time. There are many cracks in the wall and some rusty ventilation outlets. The Jacuzzi kept throwing dirt every time I turned it on no matter how many times the "engineers" tried to fix it. The room has a nice flat screen TV. However, any foreign channel's broadcast is unbearably choppy not only in storm times (which is quite often in winter) but with any strong wind as well. Room Service: Room service in generally fast but the hotel occupancy was quite low. My biggest problem was with laundry.

Thanks to the hotel staff my first visit to Beirut was amazing. I enjoyed my stay with a free Wi-Fi service and very attentive staff. This modern highrise has stunning views of both the sea and mountains, what a beautiful way to start the day. This will be my preferred hotel any time I visit Beirut.

It was my first time to Habtoor Grand. The hotel is few minutes drive from the airport, the city center, and the main road leading to the mountains. The embassador suite I stayed in was amazing, huge and more than fully furnished, it feels like home. The service is unique, you even see the general manager around making sure the guests are feeling comfortable. I will definitely come back next month to the same suite.
