It's a very nice small hotel a little bit away from the city centre but you can get there by a bus or tram easily. The room size are small but good acceptable size. The reception was good and very easy check-in procedure. The whole staff was very nice. There is a massage but you should inform them one day earlier. There once was a little bit cosy and I like it. It's not a luxurious hotel but it will do the job.

Worst experience. Although booking of the Family room (ca. 30 sq. M. 2 connected rooms) was done four months in advance, we've been put into a Double room (single room of ca. 19 sq. M. ) with an extra bed. In addition, the Adminstrator tried to convince us that the tiny room is the one we've booked. Information on the Hotel's website makes it clear that the Administrator was simply lying.

Very simple good hotel! The room was clean and big! Comfortable bed. Breakfast was tasty! Nice people working!

The room has no air conditioning, the view from the window of course leaves much to be desired. For breakfast burnt omelet, and generally scarce. There's only a bottle of hand soap in the bathroom. It is better to have your shampoo well and the rest of the means. Parking in the yard of the hotel is not marked, park where you can.
Originally a family room was booked for 4 when arrived said there were no large rooms left. At the front desk they wanted to move us into two different rooms. They said it wasn't appropriate and we need one room with the kids. Immediately found a number, according to the worker is very large! as if a favor had been done. It turned out to be what they ordered. One night was enough.

All well the best value for money, across the street store supermarket maxim, just to the left across the street city cafe Alexander with a very large range and very low prices, close stop public transport, to the center of the foot 20 Min. Very good and varied breakfast. The only negative is the very good audibility of the corridor in the room. But in the corridor is very rarely noisy. Having lived in this hotel for 2 weeks was very pleased.

The rooms are great, spacious. Breakfast was good. During the five days of his stay, he really did not change. From the center is not far.

The Hotel is within a Courtyard. The Clues to this are sparsely illuminated. The Rooms are small but clean. The Staff are extremely friendly and help where they can. View is Zero, but several public lines are available to bring you to the Center (or elsewhere). Parking is available.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, breakfast buffet was perfectly adequate and delicious. A good base to explore Riga.

Good Hotel, it's fine and it's clean. In the pillows however you sink and at breakfast there is not much choice.

The hotel is clean and cozy, with good breakfasts and very pleasant staff. The location is not so far from old Riga. There is big market near to the hotel.

The rooms are very well furnished, bathroom is with a few small defects, very fine and clean. Breakfast buffet is for the price very good and appetizing. Staff is friendly and helpful. Links to the public transport is excellent, with numerous Bus, trolley-Bus and tram lines run in close proximity (15 minutes to the old town). The market place and supermarkets are also just around the corner.

Nice hotel for a nice price. Good service at the entrance. Not centric but nice parks and restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Good points — Good hotel, very clean and in a quiet location. Great price for those on a budget. Receptionist very friendly and welcoming. Room was decent size for two of us, impeccably clean and the bathroom was big & also super clean. Breakfast was decent, buffet with something for everyone's taste and included in the price. There is a supermarket nearby to buy extras like bottled water or snacks. Bad points — It's a fair walk to the city centre but that's why this hotel is cheaper than others. There is a bus that you can take but we preferred to walk off the beers we'd had.

A good small hotel in Riga. A bit far away from the center but close enough for having a walk to old town. Decent breakfast. Tidy rooms.

Very good service. Our room had good standard, big windows, nice bathroom with bathtub. The breakfast could have been better.

Good choice of food for breakfast, beautiful interior, clean rooms, friendly staff, especially Agate — she is very nice and she helped us to cope with a challenge and offered a wonderful way to solve it.

The hotel was very nice, but we decided quickly and moved us to exactly the number we ordered. The location is very good. The breakfast was very good.

Good location. Far from downtown.
It is 15 minutes from the airport. Prostrnye rooms, comfortable bathrooms.

For the money we paid, it all matches, 96 euros in 2 nights for 2 people with breakfast, okay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Small but cozy room. It's really not keeps, and it's very noisy. Very friendly staff. The location is very good for the city.

Very typical, high class hotel. I like the lounge/bar in the reception area w/ free Wi-Fi. Good Restaurant with huge breakfast buffet. Rooms are rather small but clean and modern.

Primo Hotel in Riga has so much going for it: the price is hard to beat, the staff is friendly, the rooms are warm, and the decor is inviting. I went to Riga for my first time in October, 2013, and I couldn't have asked for better accommodations. The bathroom is spacious, the beds are comfortable, the food is delicious and plentiful, and the location is more than ideal; what more can you ask for? Riga, Latvia, has been co-chosen as the European Capital of Culture for 2014, and you can't go wrong by staying at Primo Hotel should you visit.
