Very nice hotel, in heart of the old town, facing the hills and Bastion park so you easily can take the boat through the canal to the Dauguva river.

The Hotel is very good, Central location. You will receive a warm welcome, the more will show up…

I went for a work trip, the hotel very comfortable, well located, a few minutes away from the historic area. Full breakfast buffet. In the room there were two bottles of water and kettle with two cups and two envelopes and tea for my fruit. Recommended.

It is situated in an excellent central location. Staff were helpful and friendly. Facilities were clean. Lovely fish selection for breakfast. It’s a standard hotel, no “wow” factor. To differentiate itself from other standard hotels it needs to experiment with boutique style concepts. A comfortable, convenient stay.

Hotel is old but renovated. As a person who likes new, modern and stylish places it wasn’t ideal for me. Staffs are good they can be more professional though. Room was very small and as it is located next to street so it is a little noisy. Beds are clean but carpets need more attention. Bathroom is clean but ventilator was not working and bathroom became steam sauna room.

Really nice hotel near to the old town of Riga. Comfortable rooms and friendly service. Good breakfast, but could start 30 minutes earlier for business guest.

Very nice location, at the edge of the UNESCO protected Old Town Riga, just a minute walk from the main landmarks. From outside the building looks bigger than what is impression once you enter the corridors and rooms that are rather small but tidy. Very good meeting package. Food in the restaurant nice, tasty and nicely arranged. Breakfast good with a lot of choices so not to get bored if you stay more than couple nights. My suggestion: if the price range allows you, GO FOR IT!

Well-located, affordable hotel.

Was made reservation in the restaurant. We came to the hotel and told the girl at the Desk that we had a reservation in a restaurant and she (the Crew) told us where we can leave coats. Next, we sat down on the couch to wait and sit here waiting come back to the girl on reception and asked how long we have to wait still, in the end she didn't even know why we're here or understand Russian language. Went to the restaurant and stand in the middle of the hall, we were certain did not fit and had to catch the waiter to find out where we can sit. Given the table and came the waitress brought the menu, but forgot to bring a menu of drinks, had to ask for this menu. The appetizer was fried, dried herring is not good. For the main course was steak of beef, but we did not specify the degree of doneness. The steak was very tough. For dessert there was a booth with cheese, only a fork was impossible to eat, and spoon they brought us. Was last year and was delighted with the service, but this year is the most horrible place. Staff need training how to treat customers and I'm not sure if the waitress can work with food with artificial nails. Don't understand SC in hotel reception don't speak 3 languages (Latvian, Russian and English).

First of, the pillows are amazing and they gave us free cakes on arrival. Great location amazing breakfast all the way until 11 AM! Make sure you book double not twin if you are a couple. Staff are really helpful and responsive to any requests. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to visit Riga.

A nice hotel right on the edge of the Old Town overlooking a park right next to the Freedom Monument. The hotel was very clean and quiet, I had the Business room. The room was a bit small but has everything needed. Breakfast until 10:00, acceptable, though not outstanding. There is an underground Europark right next to the hotel, 24 hours was EUR 15. —.

It's not bad. The staff are friendly. Russians speak without problems. Downtown. In the evening, everything is available on foot.

Excellent Hotel. Great location between the Old & New towns, nice modern rooms, very helpful and attentive staff and very well priced. Couldn't fault our stay (2 nights at beginning of June, 2016).

«Mismanagement and ignorance» We were denied the light and airy conference room booked and prepayd in advance and moved into the stinky chamber with fake windows. Not a single person said We are sorry New, clean, good location, well equipped rooms.

Located in old town, very close to all attractions, clean and nice room, food is ok, service is fair,. Price is relative expensive.

The hotel is located in the very historical center of Riga, next to the War Museum and 5 minutes walk from the Christmas fair. But it is very quiet and I had never hear street noise. Room was very clean, air-conditioned and with all necessary amenities, like hair dryer. Free Wi-Fi. Comfortable beds. Breakfast had wonderful selection of cheeses and all usual breakfast stuff.
