Good restaurant and location.

A 3 star hotel for the price of guesthouse … fastest Wi-Fi in laos so far.

The guesthouse is absolutely worth the price: clean, quiet, friendly stuff and the restaurant is the same.

Rooms are big with a fan and AC. The room was clean. The bathroom was not great as there was no hot water and the water pressure was really bad. Breakfast was included and not bad.

Nice room, but very poor shower pressure (possibly due the room is ok the second floor). I'd recommend the staff to be nicer: it's free! ;)

This is was a pleasant place for my stay in Luang Namtha. The room was big and clean — the restaurant food is very good — they have motobikes for rent — and can help with anything like bus tickets tours and so on. The staff is very friendly.

Guesthouse had its own complex with lots of rooms and a restaurant. Had a great stay.

The room was very cozy, clean has a good athmosphere. The restaurant was also very good. We thought its the best price value around.

Very cozy room (we stayed in private ensuite in bldg one). One of the best comfort for value spots we've had in a long year of travel! Bike rental good as well. Walk to cafe next door for breakfast.

Nice and cozy rooms, though the stream in the shower was too weak and we had mice above the ceiling. The food in the restaurant is average at most, and the staff aren't so welcoming. The price probably isn't worth it.

The best restaurant in luang namtha! We sat there all day and ate every meal! Highly recommended.

Very pretty and welcoming guesthouse in appearance! The rooms are quite large and the shower is hot.
On the other hand, the staff seem not at all concerned by their hotel. Too bad.
Price: 80000 kips approximately 9 euros.

Clean, comfortable, safe — super friendly English speaking staff! Amazing restaurant with good range of local dishes and western meals (including pizza from their commercial pizza oven AND great coffee from their espresso machine — when I was there, they had a great selection of local, Asian and Guatemalan beans! )
