A great all round place for the lone traveler, couples and families. The food is fantastic with great heartfelt personalized service, genuine warmth and precious memories to carry with you back home.

This place is perfect! Among many other amazing things… Two male lion's came up close during the game drive. That's priceless. Oh and a hyena too.

Excellent resort in an excellent location. It is right there in the middle of the forest. The hotel is well decorated and spaced in the natural surroundings. Hippopotamus pool is part of the hotel which is open all day. Food was great, all buffet with great varieties. Staff were nice and courteous. Will visit again.

Good first class staying place in the midst of rare white rhinos and a large lake. Good restaurant with excellent food preparation. Lovely cozy small well contained cottages.

Serene! Stress reliever, superb staff — the best hospitality ever! Delicious and excellent food, awesome massage! The list is endless. If you want to take out your entire family, or your spouse, or even alone, this is the place to be! Not forgetting… the rooms are very clean!

Stayed for three nights with family. Serene place. Rooms are clean & spacious. Hot showers. Delicious food. Friendly & professional staff. Went for a game drive in the park, saw buffaloes, giraffes, rhino, antelopes, gazelles, warthogs, baboons. Recommend Sarova Lion for weekend getaway.

A very nice facility. Service excellent. One guest had a birthday and was surprised with a tart and a dance. This is common here and very nice. One is directed to the rooms in the dark. The facility is super well maintained and very nice. The food is just great. Can be booked safely.

Nice upmarket place. Rooms are simple but comfortable with good beds. Food is very good, what one would expect from such a place.

The Lodge is inside the Lake Nakuru National Park. It is about a 20 minutes drive from the Lanet Gate and about 30 from the main gate. It is a beautifully done lodge with possibly the most pleasant staff anywhere. They have standard rooms which are smaller than most rooms for a lodge of this standard. They have a jogging track around the lodge so bring your running shoes. From there you can take a game drive around the park. Leave early because you need at least 4 hours to go round the park in a leisurely pace. Altogether, a beautiful lodge with beautiful people…

The experience was good. The food and service were excellent. But the room are very small and over a hill. So you got to walk a lot of uphill paths. They say that all the rooms are lake facing, but you cannot see the lake as there is obstruction everywhere.

Great place for a relaxing weekend. Staff are always wonderful and a huge asset. Great service. Great place. Big thumbs up.

Beautifull place with a stunning view of the lake. Great food with a good variety, excellent customer service. Their rooms could do with a bit of upgrade. Since the food is good they should put up a gym lovely place definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service and wonderful food. It's child friendly as we were given a baby cot. Will definitely come again.

Awesome lodge. Approx 8.5kms from main park gate. Solid buildings (as opposed to tented camp). Lodge feels safe and secure. Clean well kept gardens and peaceful atmosphere. Love the surroundings and kids have lots of space to run around. Food is awesome; tasty buffet service containing great variety of foods including a number of vegetarian options. Enjoyed all my meals here. Rooms generous and quite spacious. Interconnecting rooms also available. Well maintained buildings and gardens. Sizeable swimmimng pool and there's inhouse entertainment from 7.30pm.

Beautiful camp site… With amazing scenic beauty all around… Lots and lots of Acacia Trees around this Area… Never miss a Lion/Leopard or Cheetah here… Buffaloes a must… On the shoreline endless Flamingos & many Bird species… Pelicans too… A must who love Game Drives… The Camp site is set in Woodland up a hill… Amazing view … Vry relaxing atmosphere… Swimming pool vry clean… My fav Sunday outing …

Perfect experience, like in all the Sarova hotels. The location is beautiful and had the most incredible sunset right in front of the room. The food is quite an experience in itself, with an amazingly delicious buffet that suits every taste.

Stayed here in the Faru suite, best service ever, room was above our expectations, big and beautifully arranged, food was diverse lots of choices and amazing delicious, super friendly professional, jovial and kind staff, a great view of the lake and park. The cultural dance and the bonfire made the night. Nice place to relax and unwind, will definitely be back.

Good place to unwind… well maintained property… there is a masai dance performance in the evening… at the end the singers perform Bollywood songs as well… the staff, especially Ms. Angela who I think is incharge at restaurant, is very friendly and courteas … the food, especially the Indian food, tasted authentic.

Amazing and professional staffs Lovely and warm welcome from the gate the security personnel are very polite, his name is Jackson he was very good n welcomed us very nice. Obed at the lounge was very welcoming with a great smile. Welcome juice was really good and the kids enjoyed. Very good Tea/coffee display at the bar. Evans nd Ruth at the bar welcome us warmly. Matama was very professional in his job n seem enjoying he welcome us with a delicious Tea n some cookies the kids were saying "wow these cookies are yammy not like the ones we buy in the supermarket" well done to the pastry chef. Continue with the good job, it was great n enjoyable though we only pass by after long game drive.

Excellent location, inside the Nakuru National Park. Good view on the lake. Fantastic birdlife. The food is excellent and quite varied (a lot of Indian food), even though I'm not a great fan of buffet at all meals (no A la carte or Menu available). Breakfast is particularly abundant and varied. Staff is extremely helpful, competent and very jovial, the service is very friendly. The low budget rooms are adequate, but the wall between one side of a unit and the other side is very thin, so you might have a little more intimacy with your neighbors than you might desire. Overall, a very good stay if you are interested in visiting the National Park. It allows you to be in the park outside of its normal opening hours.

Amazing hotel and lodge services with great view of lake nakuru and wild animals. I saw 2 fighting hyenas near the lodge's fence.

The hotel is very nice with excellent amenities. I give them 100% on cleanliness and customer service. However the location, deep in Nakuru forest may not be convenient for travellers without private transport means. The location is awesome for watching wildlife! This is a must visit for locals and tourists alike!

Too beautiful. The rooms are up to standard and the meals exquisite as you can choose between the alacarte menu and buffet. The spa service is great and generally its a good place to get away from the hustle of town life.
