Great customer service and ambience.

Had an awesome time in Kibo safari camp, the best camping trip I've ever had.

The best campsite there is in East Africa.

Excellent ambience, just outside the reservation. Plenty of sightings around the camp. Abundance of birds. Glorious view of My. Kilimanjaro. Comfortable rooms but only self-service — a tea/coffee service in the room would have been great. Staff extremely polite and helpful.

A beautiful and well laid out camp site. The tents have been erected under a fixed roof and include showers, power and all of the facilities you’d expect in a 4 star hotel room. If you rise early enough for clear weather, Mount Kilimanjaro is also clearly visible from your accommodations.

Very bad management of the lodge which has made this place like a hell! You can’t imaging such a place they accept about 50 school kids trips and having them running and screaming all over the hotel place. You just can’t have one sec quietness. They occupied the whole swimming pool shouting. And when you walking within the hotel they will hit you. I have no complain about the kids, they are just kids, but the hotel management. It’s unfair for all the other hotel guests. When I spoke to the reception, they didn’t react to my complain and not helpful just saying will talk to the teachers. However, It didn’t help at all. I would suggest stay away from this place when you are booking a safari trip, the poor management here will make your holiday a nightmare.

Dreamlike and totally romantic.

Beautiful & natural setting! Amazing and very hospitable staff. Right from the reception, they received us very warmly despite the fact that it was raining heavily. The set up of the hotel is awesome and the entire place was serene. Their tents are very well done, with modern facilities but still gives you the bundus experience. They serve buffet and have a wide range of exotic foods to choose from. We got to enjoy a swim and also went for two game drives that were just exciting. It was an extremely beautiful experience but before we knew it, the weekend was over and we needed to go back to the hustle and bustle of the city! This is one place I would love to visit again and again!

If you love a tranquil holiday experience in the wild then this the place. Nice food but drinks are expensive. Consider carrying your alcohol.

Great place! The staff is very friendly, the food is varied and good. The rooms/tents are very luxurious, nothing is missing. And you just can’t beat that Kilimanjaro view! The camp is immersed in the nature, we saw monkeys and mangooses at the camp itself. We didn’t have time to enjoy the pool, but it looked beautiful. The whole place looks so nice, there’s a huge souvenir shop and prior booking you can enjoy a massage. I wish to be back soon!

Great camp! Great accommodation! Food is class!

Well prepared fresh food. 100% tented rooms give you an experience that's out of this world. Game drive through amboseli national park was the highlight as I got to see all the animals I expected. It is a really nice place to visit.

Another camp that would return,, very cozy,,, walk from Amboseli Park, wonderfully helpful people, very cool room, maybe a little more light (electric) would not come bad but in general lines everything very well. A joy how many different birds you can observe in their trees besides some other baboon and blue monkey.

Very nice camp at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro and right at the entrance to the Amboseli National Park. Small but fine. Good food, also ideal for Europeans.

This lovely camp is definitely off the beaten track and truly in the bush, a perfect place to feel the real Africa. I cannot stress how much the staff goes the extra mile to make sure that you not only have everything you need but also to insure that your visit is a memorable one. Great food and lovely, comfortable tents.

Best Safari Camp to be at Amboseli Park, visited with my family for 2 days, Staff are good and courteous, Food is delicious with lots an lots of variety to munch on, overall camp ambiance is very good. On a clear day you can easily see mount Kilimanjaro in background from pool area. We enjoyed our stay at camp, highly recommended for leisure.

Lovely camp! I found Kibo Safari Camp to be such a nice place to relax, have fun and enjoy adventure in Amboseli National Park. Its so close to the gate, less than 2 kilometers, very convenient for accessibility. The camp itself is simply beautiful with spacious rooms and the meals so fresh and delicious.

This is awonder full place to stay. Purely natural sorounded by all spacies of the wild.

Good accommodation and not bad cuisine. A bit strange staff — almost everyone speak like we are best friends and many were joking not polite/smart.

The tents are very beautiful and spacious and have a separated washing room with toilet and shower. Great place to stay to visit the Amboseli park. Food is good and the swimming pool is a nice extra. Wifi is slow and cant reach in the tents, would have to move to the reception ti have a better signal.

Staying in tents never felt so comfortable! Each tent sits on a solid foundation with full plumbing and lots of hot water! While they only offer slow Wi-Fi between 6 and 10 (? ) at night, you're not there for social media, you're there for safari! Don't worry, there is plenty of reception to stay in touch with the outside world as you visit the amazing park.

This was one of two places we stayed at on our recent safari trip to Kenya. While this was the cheaper place, we all felt it was the better place. The ambience here is quite rustic and the camp "rooms" are big and spacious. Bar service is slow, but the drinks are excellent. Food is acceptable. We had one person in our group who had special needs for food and the chef here made every effort to accommodate that person. What we found really nice about this place was the staff. We felt very welcomed by the staff and their desire to please us and serve us was genuine in every respect. This is what made the place special… the staff was not driven by the tips they expected but by a genuine warmth and hospitality. I highly recommend Kibo Safari Camp to every traveler who visits this area.

I have 2 hours here and not imagine any complaint. We'll see tomorrow.

Great Camp, accommodation and choice of food great!

This was booked for us as part of a group safari, with friends. We had no idea what to expect, we arrived to the warmest welcome you could imagine. The staff here really, really made us so at home. We sadly were only here for one night but were treated royally for the duration of our stay. The food was very good, great variety too. Oh Amboseli on the door step was pretty awesome too. The tents are fantastic, what a treat to get a chance to stay here. Thank you Kibo.
