Great hotel especially The View revolving restaurant. Downside is I had my best Cigar stolen at the Cigar Lounge on the eve of Xmas. Terrible experience.

The View restaurant never gets boring. Who knew Nairobi is so beautiful especially at night. The food is always amazing never disappointing and gave drink Singapore sling. Will definitely be back.

Too much security checks, You are ordered to get off your car and move to a certain room for scanning, then further you will be commanded again at the entrance.
It gives a feel of a crime investigation against you.
Thank God they did not ask ID and financial to qualify to enter.
To make it simplej ust follow the kimpensky or Westgate style, and have sniffer dogs + hidden surveillance.

Lovely hotel, helpful staff, delicious food. I stayed with my 9-month old daughter and everyone was so helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Went there for Burger Fest and my husband and I didn't like the beef burger, I don't know maybe cause we asked for medium done but we requested the second to be well done we still didn't like it. But the service was great, so welcoming and hospitable considering I had a sick child and they still treated us so well. Might go back to try something else.

The place is fantastic, simply out of the world. The decor and interior super, the chefs and the staff the best. It is simply fantastic and out of the world. The view restaurant is just unique. I will always come back here.

It was a lovely experience. The hotel is beautifully designed and decorated. The food was exceptionally good. The staff were eager to help but were not overly intrusive. The fitness centre is very well equipped. It is a little small but the staff are very helpful. Special mention to Liz and Cyrus. They went our of their way to teach me some simple exercise that I can do even without gym equipment. The room is very spacious and well furnished. The conference facility was also great. On the whole I was greatly impressed with the hotel and if I have an opportunity to return I will definitely come back.

I was there for the IDE conference that took place at Hall of Africa — the hall was great, and the tea breaks had great variety. I loved your rooms — really spacious and the interiors very well done. Oh and the food! It was delicious, I loved it! Plus the variety was quite something — I was impressed. Well done, and I hope you keep up the standards.

This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are very spacious. It has a huge swimming pool on the 2nd floor. All the hotel staff are very courteous. But what I admire most about this hotel is its security.

Wonderful experience. The outdoor pool is awesome. There is a hall that can fit more than 600 delegates comfortably. Petty I know but the planters next to the pool fantastic!

Spacious rooms, location of the hotel is excellent. Friendly and supportive staff. When compared to other 5/6 star hotels, the room rate is bit high, which needs to be reviewed/revised. Variety of dishes for break fast and lunch is too low; should be immediately looked at. Regardless of it is a new property, still a lot of improvements required in terms of maintenance, signage, water proofing etc. Staff needs to be familiarized with day to day operation etc.

Tried the restaurant 1 week after opening. Very happy to have a new high end dining spot in Nairobi. Restaurant is on the 23rd floor and has great views. It rotates, once around every hour and a half, which is kind of fun. Food was very good, SA pinotage was delicious. Would give it 4.5 stars but the food arrived a little cold and the table of 12 next yo us was in full voice. Be sure to book a table at the window!

The place has a hotel and residential apartments. The hotel has a very warm reception and spacious conference rooms. I took a very nice breakfast composing african and western cuisines. It is also the first place where I tool a healthy shot.

My short experience started at the airport where the car picked me up on time. The hotel is spacious and easy to get around. Upon entering the hotel you get the feeling that squeezing a monetary return out of each square metre has not been foremost in the design concept. The rooms are large and equipped very well, as you would expect from the Movenpick brand. The breakfast buffet was great. I regularly have to stay in hotels: the staff were all 5*+ but a special mention of Samson @ concierge and Margaret at receiption (check out) is required … exceptional. This is partly as a result of what is clearly a very successful training program employed by Mövenpick.

Without doubt one of the best and nicest hotels we stayed during 5 days. The staff was very friendly, we were upon arrival welcomed by an excellent hospitality. Great location, really pleasant and clean with spacious rooms with comfortable beds and soft pillows. Full breakfast with many choices. Highly recommended.

Here I am, in a lovely hotel room, with my own bathroom. I have never experienced such incredible luxury.
