There is some Indian manager who seems to know it all! I complained about the temperature at the pool which was low and when they heated it he’s now arguing with me that it was never cold. Then he goes telling all the people around how I don’t know how to check temperature. I think you guys need to rethink the attitude and professionalism of your staff and their attitude on feedback! I am so surprised how you hire such weird people!
