Great ambience. Good food and a beautiful place to have an afternoon quiet coffee with friends.

Hotel is very old, need renovation, bathrooms very bad condition, shower not working. No sound proof in the room so you can hear every single and small sound coming from outside your room which is so noisy. Only good things that hotel atmosphere is very nice taking huge area and room view is good if pool side.

Good service, very nice African tea, very inviting pool, very sound proof ball room.

Great outdoors and great gym & spa. Indoors not so great. Rooms ok but towels really worn-out. Good breakfast, lunch ok, dinner — not exiting.

Utalii hotel is run by the government of Kenya as a conference facility with a training component for students. Very serene environment with large compound, spacious parking and a swimming pool. They have themed days, pray to get the African theme day, you will enjoy tasty African dishes.

The place is strategically located on Thika road. The ambience is good and they have nice conference facilities. The food is also good and the outdoor is well taken care of good for outdoor events. The staff are also nice.

Superb. The service is at its best. All are courteous.

I loved their services and professionalism, definitely worth another visit.

Enjoy dinner for two. However, for group functions, make sure all attend. They don't allow takeaway or refund money even if half of your guests don't turn up.

Wycliffe had such incredible service. We loved our experience at Utalii Hotel and will definitely recommend it to anyone. Whether you are with family, friends or just alone, this is the place to be. I loved the pool. It's clean and well kept.

I love this place. It's our go to place for family dinners. Their buffet is incredibly affordable and full of a variety of tasty dishes. If you don't want to eat from the buffet you can order from the restaurant (try the mixed platter, it's really good). The many times I've been there their food and service has never disappointed. There's enough parking space, a large swimming pool and a really good gym. The rooms are also quite spacious and affordable. Just off the Thika Super-highway the hotel is easily accessible. It's a really good place for the Sunday afternoon chill.

Generally good though they never serve fresh juice.

Food is good. Clean place with helpful staff.

Poor service, probably because its students serving you. For the 2 weeks I was there, a number of us got stomach poisoning. The reception desks can at times give you headache. Average rating from me.
