Excellent conference services.

The staff is second to none here. The hotel is lovely and the food is really good.

This place made my visit to Nairobi worthwhile. The serenity, the food, the service all on point.

Friendly staff. Cozy rooms with air conditioning. Only con is the limited parking area and the size of the hotel rooms.

I actually didn't know about it until I was called for a meeting. If you are looking for a place to have meetings out of cbd's hustle and bustle this is your place. Or if you just want to chill on quiet Sunday it looks like it would be the place. Friendly staff too.

Located in Hurligham along Chaka Road, it's like a 3star hotel. The services are classic, though the gym is a bit small, it's well equipped.

Great location, comfort bed and very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful and there is Wi-Fi available. There's a coffee/ tea corner in every room. Rooms are cleaned everyday.

The Monarch Hotel itself is an excellent hotel with very pleasant staff. The Indian restaurant it owns across the road is a farce. The chef there is quite unwelcoming and responds very poorly to customer complaints. And the pos device does not work and requires a conference to get the sister Monarch Hotel to access your card payment on behalf of the Indian restaurant. The Indian restaurant is very much still work in progress… with building rubble strewn all over The place harzardously.

Great space with great ambience, strategically positioned to be easily accessed through Ngong rd and agwins kodhek rd, serving strictly non alcoholic beverages but meals to for for, and a gym that's affordable and well equipped, also great team to serve you while you visit _poor front office team, as not very supportive when calling in to do reservations, all in all, I highly recommend it!

Compare other hotel in same rate, This one is bad decoration, No slipper provided in the room, slow Internet speed, Also charged 15 dollar each person for breakfast! slow service, rude, will never ever come again!
