Fantastic 4 day stay which the whole family all loved. We were the only people staying and had the family cottages and separate kitchen cottage, which were huge, clean and had plenty of space and facilities. The included breakfast provided was lovely and more than adequate. The setting is amazing, with great views over the National Park with absolute peace and quiet only disturbed by the noise of animals at night. Chalo was very helpful organising everything we wanted to do and the cottages are very close to Sheldricks Elephant orphanage and the Giraffe Centre. We also used Bernard as our taxi driver and he was reliable and good company. We all loved our stay and would definitely return … its a perfect place to relax and see Nairobi. Thanks 👍

We stayed at Nyati Hills in September of 2018, I adore this place. My partner preferred more hustle and bustle of the city. It is very secluded and to me it was a little haven of tranquillity.
All the bedrooms are situated in a little cottages and have a private sperate kitchen area.
The view from the pool is straight into Nairobi national park, and if you are lucky you can spot various animals in the park. When we were there were few other people and we pretty much had to place to ourselves.
If you can hire a car with chauffeur for the day, there are quite a few tourist attractions nearby. The food from the nearby restaurant was very delish.

Wonderful place to relax on the edge of Nairobi National Park and the city itself. This small, slipping property is very tastefully cared for with beatification gardens and paths overlooking the Southern bank of the park. The pool is nice And almost as warm as the hospitality. It's worth noting that although there is no restaurant on site, there is a very nice shared kitchen, and one of the local resorts delivered a delicious Indian dinner which we ate by candle light next to the pool. Just magical.

Great staff and charming cottages set in a lush garden setting make this a great place to stay near Nairobi. From the terrace we watched impala, giraffe, ostrich, cape buffalo, warthog, and even saw a monkey. The driver provided was excellent and helped us navigate our way around Nairobi. Highly recommend.

Amazing place with great possibilities for safari and city tours!

This a really special place, for Nairobi. The place and the cottages, looking like Italian Trolley houses, is quite a charming place.  
A pleasant place to stay for a night or two. You can easily enjoy the pool, the garden and the nice cottages. The place has a good cock and she can shop fresh food and make a dinner at your choice. At your own expense, ofcourse!

From the deck and the swimmingpool  you enjoy the view of Nairobi Park, and watch quite a lot of different of animals. Ie. Buffalos, antilopes, sometimes Rhinos, zebras and several other wild animals.
The cottages are comfortly with moscito n4ets by the bed and large bathroom; at least the one we had.
A nice retreat close to Nairobi airport. Approx  45 min from the airport, regarding traffic of course.

Four of us recently stayed at Nyati Hill Cottages over the last 5 days. We love this place! The staff were so attentive to everything we asked for, they arranged excursions and transportation, and we really loved the backyard view of Nairobi National Park, and saw many Impalas, Buffalo, Warthogs, Hartebeest, and too many birds to count. And the pool was always ready to jump in after a dusty day on the safari drive. Also, they provide a wonderful cook as needed to ensure you can relax here and enjoy the place.

Fabulous location, peaceful and lovely to see Giraffe and other wildlife so close, easy drive to The David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage and access to Nairobi National Park. Cottages beautiful, pool spot on, our cook excellent, Chalo on Site very helpful, communications for bookings and requests straightforward — highly recommend for couples or families, my 2 boys aged 10 and 11 love it.

This place is just a little piece of tranquility on the edge of a National Park and a bustling city.

Nyati Hill Cottages has been the comfortable base for our holiday experience of a lifetime. Visiting Kenya has been a tremendous experience for the entire family (two adults and two boys age 7 and 13), and Nyati Hill has fully lived up to our expectations: Peacefull, comfortable, safe, clean, friendly staff and an excellent view to Nairobi National Park. We had 3 spacious cottages (named Lion, Giraffe and Elephant) — 2 for sleeping and one with kitchen and dining/living area. The cottages are very well equipped with nice, new king size beds, new toilet/shower and modern facilities. We felt right at home from the start! Every morning we would see animals in the national park, sometimes Rose (the housemaid) came and pointed out special animals like rhinos and ostrich. Rose had an eye for the wildlife :) Transport to and from the airport are included, so is breakfast, cleaning and bed linin / towels. Groceries are easily fetched at the nearby supermarket, surprisingly well-stocked. For dining, we often went to the nearby Osoita restaurant or Rolfs Place, just a mile down the road. Osoita will pick you up at Nyati Hill in a mini bus at no extra cost — really great service! Theres even an outdoor kitchen, where Osoita can come and prepare meals for you — we will certainly have to try that the next time we visit. The kids (and we) loved the heated pool, well situated below the cottages, and the green garden.
