Good service and chilled out hotel for a spot near the cbd… fair prices too.

Good service, fast Wi-Fi and frwsh food. Cars cleaned at a small fee. Great Hotel staff.

This is a three star hotel where you can hold your conferences. The manager Faith is very helpful and responds quickly and genuinely to queries. Food is also good for the price that you pay.

The hotel building is nice and strategically located along Ralph Bush Road, Upper Hill. The staff manning the reception, a lady by the name Audrey was extremely rude. We checked in at 4:00 Am in the Morning of 06/4/2017, the receptionist insisted we backdate our Check-in date to the previous day which we politely declined. In retribution, I was allocated a RM 410 without water, no toilet soap nor an explanation. On enquiry, the receptionist was unresponsive. We literally checked out in our absence, our luggage strewn in the "storage" room, amongst dirty floor mops and buckets. On enquiry, the receptionist was non apologetic, proceeding with her room allocations at whim. We had to seek alternative accommodation.

Good no frills accommodation for those traveling on a tight budget.

Close to offices, Nairobi Hospital and great customer service and support.

The hotel is nice. The staff is incredibly polite and accommodating. The food was really good (the pizza, club sandwich & the all you can eat chicken on Fridays).
If you are expecting everything to be like a resort and perfect, this is the place for you. The good news is that I made friends with some of the sales team and learned that Hadassah is just one of a chain of hotels in Nairobi & Nivasha in the Superior Hotels Kenya group. They have accommodations that fit every desire & budget.
You will be treated like family at any of their hotels.
