Even more beautiful in person. When you see the pictures you cannot imagine that it would even be more beautiful once you're there. The icing on the cake is the staff — they are warm and welcoming, you basically leave there feeling like its your second home. Special thanks to the Camp manager Fred, Liz, Mueni, Peter, Sarun, Paul and the amazing chef. Reservation team behind our booking as well Ashina and Sophie — thank you. You all made Rhino River Camp an unforgettable experience.

This little gem inside Meru National Park provides a lovely break from the hustle of City life.
Their tented rooms are cozy and intimate but the pool was my favorite spot, it’s nestled within the lush forest, palm trees and the gently flowing River Kindani on the other side making it so
Very friendly and courteous staff and guides for the game drive and the food was sumptuous!

Wonderful camp, great food made deliciously in this remote haven and a great Camp Manager (Maurizio Ravasini) who is a world expert ornithologist and a great raconteur. Loved my 3-day stay there. Very near the Meru Rhino Sanctuary. Had great game drives.

This lodge is paradise, set on a river under the rainforest canopy. The rooms luxurious tree houses suspended in the palms. Italian food makes it the perfect retreat and. The care of the staff is unparalleled. I would go back at any chance I get!

I am most grateful to have been to this place and I loved everything about Rhino River Camp. This is by far the best luxury tented camp I have ever experienced with amazing hospitality, very friendly staff and the food is just amazing with great taste and presentation (Excellent Cuisine). The wake up by the baby bush calls easily tell you are in a serene, beautiful and wild environment with natural taste. My tent was ever clean, well appointed bedroom by the river and most im…portant had privacy. The game drive was something else, We managed to see all the wild except for the big cats but manage to track them with no success, We also loved the bird paradise with over 360 bird species, this is most for bird watchers, thanks to guide who was very experienced *Rashid*. Truly Meru National Park is an awesome park to be. RRC thank you so much for taking good care of us, definately worth a second and several visits. Highly recommended with ***** Forget the Maldives, or the Ocean, this is the Best Luxury Camp in the drift… Iko Ngangari Kinoma…

Complete perfection! A very unique frontier style camp but with added je ne sais quoi! Very peaceful, well kept and perfectly presented camp. The food is exquisite thanks to the Italian touch passionately injected by Alberto. The staff are all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Great game drives are also offered. Very highly recommended.

Had a great time there over Easter Weekend with my girlfriend. Alberto was amazing running up/down to make sure this visitors were happy. Joel, the guide, and the rest of the team were equally as kind and thoughtful. The tents were a great place to forget about city life. Meru park is beautiful and truly wild. Can be a bit more difficult to spot game than a place like the Mara given the vegetation (which is more varied than in many places) — but, the absence of all the tourist cars was welcome and the rare bird sightings amazing. Would highly recommend. Another small issue — but, I found the prices for activities and drinks very fair — which is appreciated as nobody likes to get socked with a big bill on the way out the door… and is often common in lodges…
