We were there for one night in March 2018. Also got an upgrade for the suite. Excellent accommodation with great food and direct views of the animals. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The house is under German management, many greetings once again to the Cheffin for the great service in your house. We would have liked to stay even longer to use this beautiful accommodation and our balcony.

I was at this resort in September 2013 and I am still excited. This facility is so far away from a big city that the night is getting really dark. The sky is even slightly purple in clear visibility and you can see the Milky Way. A spring near the hotel kept us awake all night long. Lions, elephants and giraffes were always passing by. That was very impressive.
