Wow! the place is heavenly! staffs are so friendly n welcoming! the food is mwah! swimming pool is so clean. I just love the place! my 3 days vacation was not enough! will visit again n again!

First of all, your staff are extremely rude, mostly at the reception, then why accept payment and there are no rooms available, you are a big dissapointment!

A good place to be. Relaxing, enjoyable.

The good.
1. Beautiful hotel with ocean view and right next to the beach.
2. Standard rooms are fine and clean, although there is much room for improvement especially the furniture and fittings which are worn out.
3. The hotel gym is open to all guests which is a plus.
4. The pool was great and fun to swim in with bar stools in it.
5. The 3-course meals were great, fresh and delicious. My compliments to the chefs.
6. The staff were polite, pleasant and quite helpful. Quite amazing customer service.
7. The location is convenient and close to other amenities such Nyali Centre, city mall, Haller park etc.
THE BAD.
1. The hotel favoured large group of guests more than single guests. Some resources were only enjoyed by single guests when a large group of guests were there. This is unfair as we are all are paying clients.
2. Although the hotel is next to the beach, this is a public beach (Pirates beach) and has a lot of beach boys who are notorious for defiling and raping swimmers. This was an unpleasant experience, thankfully we remained close to each other and were very watchful (Kindly take caution as you use the beach. Best be at least 2 people or more if not avoid going far out into the ocean alone or with any of the beach boys. Be alert and watchful ladies).
3. The Wi-Fi was bad did not have Wi-Fi most of my stay.
4. Lack of hot shower.

Nice place, spacious rooms. Great staff but you really need to provide uniform for them. They all look all rusty despite being so noble and caring one called kombe or something close to that had torn shirts for heaven sake why neglect your staff?. Lastly renovate the place the roof are rusty walls are pathetic. Nobs you might wow us online but we shall never return. Road leading to the hotel is dingy guys cooking on the road hawkes everytwhere I was totally ashamedfor booking my family there. Poolside beds are lying everywhere the owner of this facilicity should for sure be serious.

The apartments are super. The standard rooms are pathetic. Bathroom taps and soap holders are rusted they look bad. Old furniture, torn mosquito net. It's not worth the amount. The outside photos are very deceiving.

Not very organised must say I was dissatisfied. Had to skip my booking.

Loved the hotel. In my 1 night 2 days stay. It's beautiful, and the best part is the beach access and the spacious room. The staff is friendly and their prices reasonable. However, I didn't like the ground room I got (106c). The main door is faulty. The inner door missing a handle. And the room felt like it had not been aired out in a while. It was stuffy so we had to live the aircon on for a while. Also, no extension to the reception.

I spent 4 nights at Azul Margarita and I swear I almost cried when checking out. And when I say I almost cried, I really mean it. Great location. Awesome staff. If there is anything I give in an A is the staff. Customer service is top notch right from the gate. The swimming pool and pool bar were my favourite joints. Highly recommended.

Azul Margarita Beach Resort is a place I would want to come to over and over again. Lovely place lovely people. Enjoying in water (simming, ). What can I say. I have no more words to describe the place. The only advice I can give to my friends. Go visit there sand see for yourself.

On the beach front close to malindi highway.

A lovely place, nice food cold drinks, nice staff and the breeze from the beach is wonderful.

Very good environment, available gym, steam and sauna. When its high tide the water reaches the boundaries. Perfect place.

It is an exclusive hotel where I enjoyed my holiday in 2006 with my family. I will save up to come visit it again. The apartment suite was air conditioned with a flat screen, sea view, four poster bed and was very comfortable. I would advise to either go half board or full board because we had to pay a hefty price for dinner as we had booked Band B. There food was delicious though. They offer discounts for children under 18 years which was good but you have to ask about it as I am not sure about nowadays. Come to Kenya and enjoy a private holiday with the ones you love.
