Far from city center but good place to stay it is quite and relaxed.

We had a lunch there. It was delicious and stuff were very kind. I recommend this hall for some celebration like wedding or anniversary party.

Very cozy and comfortable hotel, accommodation GREAT, however along the route, quiet comfortable, but would like the local guests at night to rest not the hotel itself, and it would be worth paying attention to the security!

It's a great place! The staff organized perfectly! The interior is made with taste!
If you want to hold a mass event or you are invited here, do not even doubt that you will like.

Excellent hotel. Spacious rooms. Good service. They have a huge ball room and good facilities for wedding and events. The only issue maybe it's location not really central. You will need a car or taxi to get anywhere in the central Almaty locations.

The hotel is quite consistent with its price in quality and reflects the name. Eastern luxury and discreet elegance in a strange but pleasant combination. Magnificent spa — pool, Jacuzzi, hammam, sauna. Very convenient for receptions, conferences and luxurious festivities.
The only thing — sockets for gadgets would like more and next to the bed. And why on such a huge balcony only one chair at the table? Although from this balcony you can see such mountains that it redeems everything.

Was in early June. The cooking is disgusting! I ordered Caesar salad-it is impossible to eat, do not recommend to order salads.
And the price of 3800 tenge. For what? For a spoiled mood?

Luxurious and comfortable hotel with large rooms, in the restaurant excellent cuisine, comfortable conference rooms. The only problem is that the staff is all "sharpened" only to the additional services (which respectively cost extra money) and sometimes forgets about their direct duties.

One of the prestige hotels in Almaty. Located off center, but conveniently along the street leading to Medeo and Shymbulak. Deserves full four star or a low five star rating.

Great hotel. Spacious rooms. Excellent service. Only problems with Wi-Fi connection. Correct, and everything will be fine.

Do not ask for help to get a taxi, the price you will pay like 6times more than what you should pay. Razor they give for shaving is joke. Rooms are roomy…

Loved it. Nice hotel. It is uptown location with beautiful mountain view. Depending on where u need to reach it might be bit far to commute so avoid peak hours. Otherwise loved it.

It has a nice view and all but we found a dead fly on one of the pillows (royal tulip is a 5 star hotel) overall its really pretty but kinda dirty.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Breakfasts are top class, plenty of choice for everyone. Loved the pool and spa complex.

Location Excellent service. Every year there are events and thereanimal colleagues and a hotel. Love it!

The decoration and lighting are very good. There are several halls. Spacious lobby and overall very beautiful.

Usually when you come to the hotel no one meets you, does not smile. And then you will appreciate the chic atmosphere, feeling like you entered a palace where the employees meet you as a native.
The young guy plays the piano soulful, Christmas music. Spacious and cozy Hall pleases with its comfortable sofas where you can relax.

The hotel is very luxurious and probably one of the most expensive in Almaty. But it is quite worthy of its prices. It has a very convenient location, away from traffic jams and clusters of cars. Fresh and relatively clean air, beautiful view. There is an artificial pond nearby. You can quickly reach Medeo, Chimbulak and Kok-Tobe. Luxury hotel with all the conditions for a pleasant stay!

Great place! All at the highest rank. I liked everything, reception, service, the interior is all on 5 +. And the kitchen, kitchen is also just super, just very tasty and add nothing. Only positive impressions remain. This is the place where you can have a chic rest and chic to spend time! Well done!

Had a business meeting in this hotel. Looks as 5 Star hotel, but service is poor. Personal not friendly, food quality is average. No carpet on floors, so when smdb goes in or out of the room during meeting, shoes knocking disturb other people. That is not the case in other 5 Star hotels in Almaty.

Good hotel. Had a great Papardelle with Salmon. Definitely weird situation with the guarantee system with cash. If you want to see alot of people then go downtown.

Good big parking area, beautiful Grand ballroom, good service! It was my first visit to Royal Tulip and I was positively impressed!

Ok hotel. Weird card or money deposit warranty system. Spa and saunas overrated. Jaccusis did not function service mediocre.

Nice location but service poor and getting wear and tear.

No hot water in the bathroom. There was a plaque on the phone all day asking me to remove the number and the dishes. Don't do it. I just got here tonight and decided to get some rest, and then I started to break a maid's room. The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. In the end, the fully paid room was tired after the ski, in front of the closed door. Three days of residence, the towels were replaced on the third day! Disgusting service.

The hotel is very nice. If a company pays for you, it's brave to stop there. It's not the easiest place in town, but it's fashionable. Go down to the bar without $200 not recommended. A Coke bottle is worth $20.

Only at first glance the hotel is awesome. It's only after some time that you pay attention to how it's not qualitatively made, what it's built. Cheap stuff, all obsharapno. But they feed well.

A few miles from the high mountain skating rink Medeu * *.

Shower drips from the ceiling in the bathroom flood in the morning, no smoking room ashtrays, breakfast not delicious. Would not recommend.

“Nice hotel but far from the city center” A good hotel for business stay but a bit far from the city center. It has meeting rooms. The best asset it has is the rooms — they are really huge. Anyone will appreciate that. The bathroom is also very large and has both bath and shower plus a make-up table for women. I was impressed. The floor is electrically warmed. Breakfast is reach enough to fit different tastes. Don't know about the prices as it was paid buy our partners. The staff must learn more about proficiency if serving customers, they need some time to.

All super, words do not. Guests can relax in the billiard room or in one of the lounge bars. There is a ballroom and conference facilities. The continental breakfast is served each morning. The hotel offers a great place to relax and chat with friends.
