Locatio is very good and prise too. Food was tasty but small amount. In the hotel were a lot of tourist groups and there were vompetition for food during breakfast time. Dinning hall was clean but room was not.

Very close to the entrance of the old City of Petra. The rooms are very old and quite ramshackle. We were given a room facing the back street and couldn't run the curtains because they saw you from the street. We were told that the next day we would be changed but we had a lot of trouble getting it. The very rude reception guy left us with the word in his mouth and he didn't listen until we got the manager to come. Finally faced with the threat of posting it on TripAdvisor we got another room just as ramshackle but a little better in terms of intimacy. The food is not bad.

Worst hotel in petra. The bed was old and dusty, the carpet was nasty and they even charge for water.

Great staff and good food. Wifi connectivity is not good in the rooms so do not buy it. A cafe near the hotel provides free Wi-Fi if you buy coffee! No kettle to make tea or coffee in the rooms. Quaint place.

Very noisy. Next to a mosque at 5 in the morning you wake up with the call to prayer. The food acceptable though repetitive. The rooms are appalling, dirty, poorly furnished, no towels, no limoian. Moldy showers, unclean paint drops. Inadmissible.
The only good thing about it is the location. At 100 meters entrance to Petra.

The best is the location since it's a few mins walk from Petra entrance, but the hotel and the room are pretty old, bathtub door is completely stuck, the first night there was a disgusting smell the second we entered the room and luckily the second day it was gone. Basic in general rooms, good food. What I find Super strong is that you have to pay for the wiffi.

Best to avoid this place if you are expecting a 3-star quality stay. We stayed in this hotel for two days with 24 girls, and we had the worst experience ever: We could only stay in the hotel if we bought tickets for the New Years Gala Dinner (40$ excl. Drinks), which they only communicated way after our reservation (a couple of days before Christmas/our arrival to Jordan). Since we were traveling with a group, we were not that flexible in changing plans or making a reservation for another hotel, so we had no other choice than buying the tickets. This wasn't a big deal if everything went fine afterwards. However, the evening was terrible! To cut things short: overbooked diner, too little/no food, staff selling nonalcoholic beverages as alcoholic beverages (for the same price) and after confrontation they lied about it, and loud party music during the dinner. For the other days: — Empty trays during dinner buffet and if there was food, it was cold and/or not tasty. — Out of breakfast although we came in early. — Incompetent and rude staff, poor in dealing with customers (and complaints or requests). — Noisy rooms. We could literally overhear people's conversations in other rooms. — Elevator not working most of the time. Before we decided to not use the elevator anymore, even when it was "working", we got stuck in it twice. — They charged 5$ for 24h Wi-Fi. The only thing the hotel has to offer is the proximity to the Petra site entrance, which is a 5 minute walk.

Good mid-class Hotel with no great merits or flaws. Breakfast.

Very good hotel but the comfort changes from one room to the other of the same category.

Avoid this hotel. Dirty bathroom, TV and fridge not working, outlets not working… Not enough food for dinner. Incompetent staff. Wifi only in the hall.

The only thing this hotel has to offer is the proximity to the Petra site entrance, which is just 200m It is old, needs serious renovation and/or maintenance. The rooms are not clean. Furthermore it is very noisy with walls made of paper; you litteraly hear every door and person no matter which floor. FYI: the call for prayers will wake you at 4:30 The breakfast is terrible, we didn't risk the buffet dinner… Our room also constantly smelled of food. The warmed-up buffet type of smell… Anno 2017 they ask 5JD per device per day for Wi-Fi. Grab a pizza down the road for 5JD and get free Wifi (and avoid the dinner in the hotel) 1 star instead of 0 for the staff trying to make the best of it.

The hotel is very crowded due to its good location. Rooms functional and very busy. Overall for short stay okay. In the room very disturbing are hallway and neighboring rooms, since even voices can be clearly audible.

Close to Petra entrance and very clean and comfy rooms.

The rooms were nice and the location is gorgeous! The food was good as well. The rooms were pretty too. The only negative would be that not all rooms have the toilet faucet and some rooms the bathrooms are too small. However they were quick to change our room upon request so all in all a great experience.

Very close the gate of the ancient site. Clean rooms. Good food. Kind staff. Highly recommended.

It's the best hotel in jordan.

If you are just looking for a cheap place to sleep, then it's your place. But if you are looking for a decent 3 stars hotel with what might be expected from such place, then look for something else.

Helpful but often cold.
