Perfectly comfortable… when I was come back here, I'm absolutely booking at this Hotel Love ya♡

Rooms are spacious. Very poorly maintained hotel is unfortunate the stadium of abandonment of the rooms. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The restaurant was very nice.
It needs urgent reform.
In the room, even a tube TV.
Pretty far from the center.
The air conditioning did not cool we asked for another room or told us that there was

1 star hotel labelled as five star. Atrocious bath rooms. Very ordinary restaurant. Highly over prized. Avoid.

Have realy nice rooms rates and the working people treat you very nice.

Hotel come to less. Ajejado of the center is missing remodel bathrooms, hallways and furniture. I'd leave it in four stars.

He needs urgent reform. It's not a 5 star maybe it was some day but currently it is between 3 and 4 of the Spanish standards.

Sorry to tell you that we are upset from the regency No Maintenance for the sink — not draining. Bathtub too. Breakfast very cheep compairing with 5 stars. Untrained employees. Not clean ground at breakfast Resturant Smoking in every hall very used furniture.

Excellent hotel. In any country, I find local 5 star hotels have character, which international chain hotels usually lack. Found it to be true of this hotel. Checked in very late at about 3am and reception had us sorted out quickly. All marble interiors, floors and walls, perhaps too much marble. Our room was in a high floor facing north. Had a great view of the city but was partially sullied by an ugly grey building under construction across the road. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Wide spread, local flavors, lovely seating, and great service. Location not exactly at the epicenter for sightseeing, which would be the Citadel area. But not far either. Didn't try local transport as I was driving. But getting a cab must have been very easy.

Very good hotel. Only it would be good to include more fruits in the Desayunis because the South American do not eat vegetables at breakfast only in lunch and food.

You expect a state of the art service and quality but it is not the case when my friends and I visited the hotel on new years eve. We were not given the table we had booked and on top of all that our drink was stolen and the organizer was very aggressive when she was informed about the situetion. The floor manager was incapable of handling the situation. We were expecting at least an apology or a compensation, but such professionalism was not present. We were told that there was nothing they can do about it. We left as early as possible. I honestly do not recommend this place for staying or having a night out with friends. The worst experience ever. Does not deserve even one star.

You can't go wrong with this hotel.

Good Hotel inside of what's in Amman, but not corresponding to 5 star Spanish category. Buffet equal every day and not very extensive, rooms well but rather outdated bathroom and defective sanitary ware. Four stars are scarce.

This is listed as a local 5 star hotel, but by western standards I would consider it no more than 2 stars. It is old and out dated. Maintenance has definitely been deferred for at least a decade. The lobby looked decent. Rooms were horrible, old carpet, not clean, smelled of cigarette smoke. We complained that our room had no hot water and apparently it was hotel wide. They upgraded us to a suite due to our complaints, but the next night we found a cockroach on the pillow that my fiance was sleeping on. Guest services came up with some bug spray, apologized for this, and offered us late check out. We said no and left for another hotel. Unacceptable standards.

The bathrooms books. Faucets dirty, dining room with the dirtiest carpet in the world, it is not believable that in a hotel and less in 5 stars can exist so much laziness, waiters badly arranged, rooms good but very very old. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Their windows leak air so you can't sleep at night especially in the high floors, my room had a bad AC and a non working water heater so I had to change the room to another noisy windows room. Plus they lie to people about the Regency club members, I had to buy my son's birthday cake from another place because they didn't write my order at all, not once but twice. I will never go to this place again.

Location is excellent. In the heart of the city. They have a great roof top lounge and bar. Rooms are okay. Clean and spacious.

Stayed shortly at the lobby and tried the cappuccino in the outdoor shisha cafe. As a first impression, the place seems to need renovation but nonetheless it's one of the best in Amman and the service is great.

Rooms were not ready, no towels and even going to swimming pool there are no towels in most cases. Swimming pool is very nice and warm. Restaurant is nice an affordable.

Rich buffet in return of a reasonable price. Excellent hosting and service.

4 stars decidedly stiracchiate, at least for Italian standards.
Decent rooms but little more, with slightly dated furnishings. Good breakfast.
If the room gives on the road the traffic noise is loud throughout the night. To get to the centre you need the taxi (5 km)

This sort of hotels are tge ones that have seen better days quite some time ago. I would like to say the service helps it improve, but I'd be lying.

Great option in Amman. This place excels for its service and F&B. Trader Vic's is fantastic and so are the bars at the regency where the staff pampers you. Rooms are big, excellent beds with outstanding linen, the bathrooms are a bit dated but we'll maintained. Certainly a great option when staying in Amman.

Terrible hotel. Loud parties 24/7. Smoking everywhere. Don't stay here.

A few weeks ago I was staying in this hotel, and I want to share my experience with everyone. The hotel is located in an area in which there is nothing outside the hotel (shops, restaurants, bars, etc. ). About hotel I can tell, is not what they sell (5 star, etc. ) I mean by parts:
-Common areas:
They advertise free Internet. It is not true, if you want to connect, you must pay 10 DJ / 24 h for WI-FI, but it can also be taken for 1 hour. But always pay.
Permitted use of a restaurant, although his firm is excellent as well as the staff of the same.
With respect to the bar/lounge, only allows the use of which is located next to the reception, although it must be said that the service is excellent.
Reception takes a lot to check-in and for reasons of travel (departure from the hotel very early) apply for a picnic, reception ensures that you will have prepared before leaving, but not true, when you go to pick it up the next day, it is not and who is at the front desk doesn't know anything (personal experience).
-Rooms:
They announce "balcony", but no one should think that it is a place where sitting down to enjoy the view, its dimension is half a meter, so it is impossible to have a Chair or similar.
Regarding the connection to the internet, the same case as above.
The room cleaning service. Well, hopefully spend to do it, but normal that there is that claim at the reception to the room.
