Facilities, rooms are huge and extremely clean. Our first Crowne Plaza visited was in Los Angeles.

One of the best breakfast spread, loved the fresh bees wax.

Very bad experience with the parking as it's a gang style collect for valet and parking.

I was invited to a wedding today at the hotel. I parked my own car, and I was shocked when they asked me to pay 2 jds before they would let me out of the parking. Why should I pay anything?

Very bad experience at the swimming pool with kids, the life guards were very rude with frowny faces all the time, and the shocking thing was the (club manger) who did nothing and didn’t care at all about our complaints. Never recommend it at all.

An okay hotel. It's funny when the staff at the gate and maintenance staff are way more friendlier than the executive and receptionist staff. This place needs someone who teaches the staff to smile for a change.

I attended a wedding in this hotel. Food is delicious and service staff are good. I had to pay for the parking. First half hour is free and 2 JDs above it. I didn't appreciate paying for the parking at all and it's not valet parking.

Very happy at my stay was good experience to see how clean and great service and courteous staff.
Highly recommend it will be on my list always.

Food & Cuisine are the best things you can try in this hotel without fear… After the renovation made few years ago… This place is the favorite for our guests coming from NGOs abroad… A the best.

I've been on and off coming to this place for 16 years. It holds a very special place in my heart. What I really appreciate about it is that in those years the hotel/pool has actually changed alot. It's constantly being changed and renovated and they're very proactive about updating it. It's location is pretty stellar and the staff has been the same caliber of kind and helpful for the last 16 years. Still the same old amra at heart but even better amenities now. I've signed up to come to their pool for the summer and I'm seriously enjoying it. Lovely pool, not crowded, lifeguard ALWAYS on duty, good staff and guys? You changed the food! It's great. It seems they've done a rehaul of their kitchen/menu because the pool food is really good.

I would never recommend your hotel to anyone because of the attitude of the reception agent was just about the rudest, full of attitude employee I have ever talked to in a so called "respected " 5 stars hotel. He lets down after we called to ask about room rates to discuss a date to book and before we responded to him he hung up the phone on us.
We called him again to see whats with his attitude he became mad on us.
Remember that your hotel is operating by customers financials so basically we are paying your employees salary and we wanted to pay to stay at your hotel we are not coming for free.

Far better options in Amman. None of the public areas are smoke free. Unlikely to get a sunbed by the pool as it's open to the public. Unbelievably the outside bar and pool area are closed to guests in the evening.

Everyone is very friendly, great service and the prices are good compared to other hotels in the area.

Its one of the best. Good value for money. The Crown Plaza hotel is located centrally, and is accessible to various locations nearby. The ambiance is awesome. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very good, clean and comfortable. The food quality in particularly very high, and the complementary breakfast takes the cherry-on-top. It is almost the best I have seen in any others. (only that otherwise the food prices are a little high). The gentry frequenting the hotel is also very good.

Nice cozy place. Rooms are neat & clean. Late checkout options are available. No great choice for vegetarians in the restaurant. Bathroom tub width (721) is quite narrow. Rest all is well.

Very good property, up to the Crowne Plaza standards. Prompt and friendly service. Clean and comfortable, well maintained rooms. Fast Internet connection. Scenic area views from the upper floors. Indoor and outdoor pools. Cosy club lounge. Best breakfast I experienced on my trip through Jordan (don't miss the fresh strawberry juice and the local cheese selection). The only hiccup was when the parking area entry gate "ate" my room key, but this was sorted out quickly.

I have asked for not smoking room, they gave me smoking room that smells too bad… The hotel room is noisy. I don't recommend.

Ugly Service!
There was no cleaning service in the room for three days.
I'm not talking about change of linen and towels anymore.
And the explanation why was at the kindergarten level. "It turns out on the door hung the sign not to disturb. Which in the room was not in principle…

Home cleanliness Service nothing to say.

Hotel is really great, nice good service, clean room.
Very very good breakfast daa leaves a few wishes open.
Fittnestudio and bathroom seem a bit worn and water pressure of the shower is a bit weak. That's all of course whining at high level.

Crown plaza at it's best… been here for a while and they sent my favourite cookies today. Thank you crown plaza. :)

Very safe, comfortable, good rooms but a bit pricey.

Honestly I had a great stay. I came here for work and the staff was great, breakfast wasn't bad. The only thing I can say negative was I had a smoking room and I do not smoke. But besides the ask tray, you never could tell people have smoked in the room. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent hotel. And less expensive than most of other 5 stars hotels.

No major complaints whatsoever, though a few more local options on the menu at the main line would be nice. The breakfast was outstanding, the fitness center was well equipped and the room was more than adequate.

Really enjoyed the stay here. The rooms were clean and large. Beds really comfy and the gym was huge. Enjoyed swimming in the pool as well as the hot tub. Only negative were thin walls, can hear your neighbour in the washroom.

Clean sheets and towels. Good Wi-Fi. Aircon doesn't work so well, room is aged. Breakfast feels like eating at a good school cafeteria. Overall fine for a quick over night visit.

I was very well taken care of by a young tall man at the ifta (BBQ) on Tuesday 20th. He introduced me to the food, provided a Seat and came later and asked how I was doing. Very appreciated! In the bar of the Hotel very caring service by two young waitresses.

We went swimming today in the pool, haven't been in years, I must say everything was excellent, the cleanliness, the staff and service were all 5 star… Will definitely b coming back.

Luxury hotel, the best where ever it was.

Good Hotel located in the new part of Amman. The breakfast tables are small and a bit uncomfortable. For the rest there are all the comforts and well 3 different restaurants inside.

Nice hotel if you want to be in Amman. The service is fast and friendly. If you are not vacation with children look elsewhere if you plan on using the pool. They are not allowed until 16.

This hotel is good to hangout.

Habe been here last time 6 years ago and so far I'm impressed! Hotel improved a lot, rooms in the Club floor are nice, Lobby looks great and service had been improved as well. Renovation is not completed, but should be finished within the next few months. Looking forward to stay here again. :-).
