Basic non-luxury service, not really comfortable or modern, breakfast is good, restrooms in the lobby were the worst.

Tired very average hotel. Variable presentation of rooms and restaurant service.

Good in over all, but the bathroom taps are not working properly because they are old, and the breakfast is much much bad, a holel of 2 stars can offer a better breakfast. The service is very good, also place and atmosphere are good also.

Spacious. Good Cleaning. Far from the center and therefore inconvenient especially because the exaggerated traffic of Amman slows every shift. VERY HIGH Prices of drinks.

Good rooms but the restaurant service is bad both the food and the waiters.

It is the hotel that I liked the least of the trip, because it shows that it lacks some renovation, but it is ok but it is looking for nothing special to spend the night. The attention of the staff is the just, without more care.

Clean, tidy, very nice lobby and staff friendly and helpful.
Breakfast sweet/salty rich and for all tastes, comfortable beds and pillows, daily cleaning and tidy up room and supply bathroom toiletries.
A 10-minute taxi ride from the centre, which you can call from the reception, in front of the entrance is a pizzeria, a laundry, a barber, a restaurant/sandwich shop, a pharmacy, supermarket and butchery.

Bad condition. Do not pay cash for bar, beer or wine — charge it to your room or you will be overcharged. Food was mediocre but served by buffet — people tasting food with serving spoon. In financial district — nothing close by. There have to be better places in Amman. I was with a group and did not have a choice on where I stayed.

My experience with this place was okay. Firstly I was disappointed with the dirty carpet floor as well as the tub. The Wi-Fi here is way too slow and requires signing in frequently which was irritating. Thirdly the switch keys of the plug points were broken.

Average hotel. Tools are over-used.

Very friendly and professional staff. You get what you pay for. Oh and btw if you visit Jordan you must see Petra. :-)

The best experience for a visitor to this Hotel is the hospitality and professional helpfulness from the front desk staff. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet is traditional and plentiful.

Internet is pretty slow. The rest is okay.

Stayed 2 nights there. It is an average hotel. No free Wi-Fi service.

It was pretentious inside, not clean and poorly maintained. Looks tired. Room was not clean and had not been vacuumed around the room properly. We had a mini fridge in room that didn't work but was plugged in, the bath, toilet and shower was dirty. We had Wi-Fi as part of our package. Told management the fridge was not working. Said it was not included. Buffet breakfast was part of our cost. It was horrible. Food was stale. Told management. Next day food was still bad but the coffee was hot. They also served orange and lemon juices. These were powdered mix not fresh. Local food was ok, it was the pastries and breads that were hard and stale. Even the toast for the buffet breakfast. There was no omelette station in 3 days and the coffee and tea was not hot. The staff were friendly and did their best to try and resolve our problems. Rated as **** locally, but not by international standard. Would consider more like ***. Must make sure lobby areas and general access and entries to hotel are kept spotless, like it is well cared for. Liked the location. Was not value for money. Didn't even want to eat the breakfast in hotel but it was included in package. Husband didn't bother to eat there after second attempt. Cost 8JOD each day. No courtesy tea/coffee in rooms. Had to pay extra and room service charge plus taxes (4JOD). I put in complaint and spoke to management.
