The beds are good. Service is great Relatively convenient for public transport. Food easily available near by. Only con is that you have to pay for certain facilities.

Amazing service with English speaking staff. Room is clean well, with every necessities provided as well as sum comfort items such as slippers and night gown. Location is great, close to shopping centres as well as numerous restaurants. It is also walking distance to the ikebukuro station.

2 months ago Booking to non-smoking room all the words arranged not to, to through the agent complaint finished first can be arranged the next day. To be improved.

Nice Japanese restaurant upstairs but a bit pricey so would suggest just once as a treat. Lots of restaurants around outside (just walk up the street and there is sushi, ramen, beef restaurants) and shopping at the station too. I would definitely stay here again. It’s a close to tourist attractions but just that little bit away from the very busy districts. Although I wouldn’t suggest getting washing done here as half a load cost me 14, 000 yen which is a bit much.

We stayed here fore 4 nights. The rooms are really comfortable and clean. Do not expect a big room in Tokyo though. The storage in the hotel room is kind of lacking. The room has some kind of build-in shelf but they are not drawers. We thought we can open it and store things but not. We arrived in late and the check-in process was pleasant. Our room comes with breakfast and the breakfast was amazing! They have great selection and taste wonderful. We brought a kid and they gave us bigger table and kids's silverware, which we appreciate a lot. Another thing to mention is that they provide a free phone to overnight guests. You can have internet access while you are out touring the city from the free phone they provided. It was really convenient as we were looking for a specific restaurant and used the maps to find it. I would probably stay here next time when I visit Tokyo.

The last time I was there (with a friend) is something but the customer friendliness as well as the overall staff were super friendly… Our rooms were always tip top cleaned and it never lacked anything… there was also a kettle available DRR free of charge beutzt was allowed to cook instant noodles or tea. We had internet as a possibility W-LAN or direct connection or even both free of charge. We had only booked overnight without board as we were on the way early in the morning and had auchbeben outside.
The hotel has a very good location sodas everything is reachable in an area of 5 – 10 min walk. Directly around the corner there is also a 24/7 business for small things such as The above-mentioned instant noodles — for all those who can't imagine anything underneath it's a business that's open around the clock.
The HOTWL has a lot of possibilities of fitnestudio over a large pool and yakuzi Bishin even the possibility to get married.
In my Gasammten rating it is a really great hotel that — who needs it — offers a lot… traffic-oriented… and the most important thing: super nice staff.

Really nice hotel conveniently located near a train station. Friendly service, very clean, Nice accommodations. The best thing for me was the smoking lounge where I could smoke my cigars and have a nice cocktail. I will stay here again if I'm in the area.

Room is clean and bathroom is filled with necessities. There's even bath salt for each guest, replenished everyday. I was able to store my luggage here for 2 weeks for free while I traveled all over Japan. Location wise, superbly convenient!

Comfortable, clean and well connected.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The beds and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. Complimentary newspaper every morning. Ideally located within a block of the metropolitan exit of ikebukuro station, on the more quiet side. Plenty of very fast elevators. Only issue was with other guests smoking on our non smoking floor.

The hotel is comfortable and provides homey amenities: pyjamas, toiletries. The room and beds are Japanese-size, clean and sound-proof. The best part of the hotel is that it provides a free phone to carry around the city. Internet is free and very reliable. Local and international calls to select countries are supposedly free, but call connections are not very reliable. Really love the phone!

Very good location, two blocks from Ikebucuro station. Excellent attention, no need to wear any toiletries, they provide everything. Very clean. Although quite expensive the restaurant but as close to the station there are many we arranged well.

Walk to Ikebukuro Station about 3 minutes to Tobu department store is also 3 minutes the number of rooms is similar to other Japanese hotel, but the room is much better than most Japanese hotel (although the space is still not big) worth mentioning the provision of Gandy toll free international calls are also free! Next time you come to Tokyo, you will still be staying here (if the price is reasonable)

Hello. I have been 5 nights and it has been very nice my stay. Very well located from the train station, and from other places to visit from Tokyo. Clean and very friendly workers. I recommend it.

Very comfortable hotel close to ikibukuru station. Good restaurants and fun bar. Very clean and quiet rooms.

We've been here two times. The room is spacious in Tokyo standard and the hotel is conveniently located next to subway and JR station. Lots of restaurants around.

Very nice hotel. It's not the highest star-rate one but it was a very homing and warm place. People here are very kind and willing to give help.

Very close to the central location.

I travel to this part of Tokyo quite a bit and this is my favorite place to stay. There is easy access to transportation and a major shopping center. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance too. The staff is always super friendly and my rooms have been perfect. Definitely recommended!

A very nice hotel to stay. Room is a bit small but well hotel rooms in Tokyo are all generally small. The staff is pretty helpful here and the Wifi works well. However the room especially the bathroom feels a bit old. We stayed for 2 nights and this hotel has 2 different breakfast buffet. One located on the ground floor with International cuisine and the second one on 2nd floor which only opens on Saturday and Sunday and served Japanese inspired food. The location of the hotel is superb! Surrounded by Family Mart, Lawson and 7-11 plus its only a 3 minutes walk to Ikebukuro Station. When you walk around Ikebukuro district you will also find many stores and shops like Don Quiote, Big Camera, Uniqlo, amd many many more. Also don't forget to try Mutekiya Ramen which has a VERY long que. It is good. All in all we have a pleasant stay and will be staying here again when we visit Tokyo in the future.

クロスダインで昼食にビュッフェを食べました。量も豊富で味もよかったです。料理がなくなってもすぐ補充されていました。訪問したのは土曜日13時30分頃でした、席はこんでいましたが、食べるのに支障はありませんでした。

Been staying here for the last 4 trips to Tokyo, great staff and convenient location, best of all it has limousine bus service to Narita and Haneda Airport.

Nice room. Not very big but typical Tokyo size. Adequately decorated. Central location and direct pick up with the airport limo bus. Close to everything you need at Ikebukuro.

Lived in this hotel with a total of approximately 2 months (1992, 1998, 2007, 2009, 2015) want to return here again and again.
