It's a wonderful location. The rooms are tiny, but it's better than a capsule hotel. The cleaning is great and every day. Nearby subways and shops. Price is reasonable.

While I didn't book a night here, I did ask about it though. The price seems very reasonable even on busy days. Lobby looks nice but a bit small. Security seems decent as you need a key card to access the elevator. There is also a restaurant next door so dining would likely not be a problem either.

Good value for the money reasonably close to the Ginza line at Asakusa station and close to all tourist amenities in Asakusa. The rooms are small but one doesn’t come to Tokyo to sit around in a hotel room. Breakfast is available at 1000 JPY extra and although not flash more than adequate with a mixture of Japanese and Western style foods. I forgot my iPhone charger but no worries the front desk had one for me to use at no charge. The front desk staff are helpful and knowledgeable for all things relating to the immediate environs. All in all a pleasant stay was experienced here.

The room was small and I had some nice views to a wall. Service was excellent and it's located near some subway stations.

Very good hotel, in an area near the metro, the breakfast average and the rooms in good condition and good cleanliness.

I hopped around several Airbnbs during my visit to Japan and by the third one was fed up with sleeping on the floor and having to schedule evening baths. I ended booking the remainder of my trip at Apa figuring that having a little privacy alone would be worth it. Turns out the room rocks! It's not big, but the bed is comfortable, the AC is great, the little amenities like a water boiler, refrigerator, bidet, toiletries, and more were an excellent touch! The only comment I'd make to the contrary is that the bath/shower is small (there is a public bath on the top floor if you're feeling claustrophobic).

Hotel in Asakusa near the metro station. Rooms very BASIC But for the price paid definitely comfortable. Free public bathroom for the top floor customers. Breakfast buffet.

Good value hotel. Room is small (very) but cover all needs. They do have public onsen on the top floor.

I had a very pleasant 3 day stay. The spa is great and the price was very reasonable at about 6000 yen per night. Comfy rooms although the showers were a bit fidgety.

Very very small rooms, however manicured, friendly staff, not really international, typical Japanese restaurant with international hints, all very mini. Cute.

We had a "big room" and even that was pretty small. The AC is almost insignificant as it doesn't blow out enough air and the windows open very little. Wi-Fi can get unusably slow in the evening. The hot springs are a nice convenience because the shower is just terrible. We arrived an hour before the check-in time and they said that we had to pay 1000 yen for each room if we wanted to go in early. When we asked why the receptionist didn't answer. It took so long that it was only 35 minutes left. The only reason one would stay here is because of the location and the aesthetics outside of the room.

Like all hotels in the APA chain: correct. Located in a typical area of Tokyo Linda to walk with good gastronomy. Well communicated.

The walls of the neighboring building are visible From the windows, but for Tokyo it is normal. The Breakfast is decent and the local and European cuisine. The Rooms are small but cozy. Slippers, dental kits, razors are in the room. The Nearest supermarket is on the road side of the street almost opposite the hotel. Quiet and peaceful.

Not very convenient, difficult to find, I got a room with a broken crane, if there is a heavy suitcase, will have to indulge.

Convenient hotel to test in Tokyo and visit Asakusa for example. The rooms are very small but well optimized. The value for money is very good but we see that the surfaces are expensive in Japan! Very clean and with an Onsen on the 12th and top floor. The view is not unforgettable but the Onsen is top. Not far from the Metro stations, it's nice to visit Tokyo!

The hotel is very close to the metro stations. The breakfast buffet is correct even if you don't expect something Western style. Nice and good view. The only thing is that the room is very small and you will not be able to unpack it, although if you are going to be out all day you are not going to care. In short it is OK although if I went back to Tokyo, I would probably stay in the Shibuya area.

Very weak Wi-Fi. In a country with AW roaming it is very fundamentally. The Windows of the hotel from the side where I had a chance to settle down, go straight into the wall of the neighboring building, located right at arm's length. I. E. Opening The room window, you can touch the neighboring building with your hand. From the undeniable advantages-an excellent buffet. Very similar to European. After a week of living in Japan, and eating local food, it's a huge plus.

An Onsen on the top floor and a washing machine and tumble dryer available graciously are a little more (even if it would take two or three).
Well equipped rooms, TV, air filter, aircon, hairdryer, etc…
The buffet breakfast is not bad but for the price of fresh orange juice from the fried eggs and Bacon would be a real plus!
A seven in front, on the other side of the building a rather good restaurant just by the river.
The location is excellent (probably one of the best in Tokyo with Ueno) the nearby Asakusa Station and the closest Kuramae offer you access to Tokyo easily, the direct link to Haneda Airport and the possibility of leave your luggage at the reception to get them back in the evening when we make the room at noon.
And finally the professionalism and kindness of the Japanese staff as often perfect, a model to follow for the rest of the world!

Nice public bath, but on the bed (under the sheets) there were many stains and hair.

Apa hotel looks great from the outside but thats all. The rooms are really small as is the double bed which almost takes up the entire room. The staff is friendly but lacking in support in another languages. They dont got much information (maps, explaining about the transport in the area and other things) for tourists and feels more like a low class bussiness hotel. The spa which was promoted on the website was nice but not as warm as it should have been. Overall I wouldnt recommend to stay there. The only benefit I found was the 1min walk to the toei line kuramea Subway station.

Good location in Asakusa, near Sensoji temple and a couple subway lines. Rooms are small but functional. Wifi worked fine. Western options at the breakfast buffet were limited — I'd recommend getting breakfast somewhere else.

Their facilities are really nice plus there's a spa on the top floor. When they prepare the room, they leave a paper crane on top of the privided bath robe which is a nice touch. The rooms were a bit tight but as I was traveling alone, it was alright. Their breakfast service is bit pricey but pretty good. Their service is extremely friendly and they're extremely willing to help out with things. I communicated to them in English and they were able to communicate back.

Clean, nice staff, rooms & beds are very small. Subway Station 3min to station, Convenience Store. Centrally located in the Asakusa Region offers many attractions.
