This hotel room is so tiny that 2 adults would have a hard time not to bump into each other. However, the bathroom is wonderful for it's size, the free breakfast is very yummy and there are so many choices. It is the highlight of the day. It is conveniently located in an area where you can find 24 hr food, all kinds of shopping and 7-11. It's 15 minutes walk from shinjuku station.

Great location, convenient for Shinjuku area, many convenient stores around and tons of restaurants.

This kind of hotel is not needed in Kabukicho of all places. They wouldn't let my girlfriend in bc she was dressed like a bar girl. Wrong location for this kind of garbage!

Clean and comfortable room. Semidouble was a bit of a tight squeeze for 2 people but definitely manageable. Nice clean bathroom with a bath. Super friendly staff. They will also hold your luggage for you after check out if you need it.

The room fine itself has been known … But cleanliness is totally unacceptable … checkin the bathroom has been a lot of hair … It's all over the floor. The bed is covered with dust … Ask Frontdeck to help call taxi charge (just borrow the phone to beat yourself)

Sort of ok. Good location. Fair breakfast cafe. Management suddenly doesn't understand english when asked about overcharges on account.

Only a 10-15 minute walk to Shinjuku station, clean rooms and well presented hotel in general. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi wouldn't reach my bed properly, and would cut out frequently. However from other parts of the room (closer to the room's door), the Wi-Fi worked fine.

Room was tiny with no space for storage. Our bags took up most of the floor space. That said, it is very affordable and the staff are lovely, and when you're in Tokyo you're not going to spend a lot of time in your room. As long as you don't want a bunch of floor space I would recommend this place.

To the local hotel, the room can put three suitcases, there is a place to move around, is good, is clean, I personally, the most important is the bathroom clean, good.

Good breakfast and small rooms.

Very small rooms, literally, you walk right in, the suitcases on the floor and they are not big, and one has to be sitting on the bed, if the other is standing and but in the bathroom it is comfortable and well prepared for the guest, very good breakfast and in a very good place this hotel is located in the area of Kabukicho, the area that never sleeps!

Excellent service, I was able to deliver my suitcases to the airport with the help of staff. Room was clean and had small fridge and electric kettle for use. Convenient location, close to toho building, Don Quihote, and many restaurants.

Room was small, but clean and cozy. Breakfast buffet in the morning was great.

Bad customer service. Tiny rooms and the hotel is not that close to the station. This place also did not let me store luggage for one day after my checkout. They are also not responsive to any email inquiries.

The place smells like tea! It gave a relaxing vibe. The area is good despite being in the center of the red light District. Very clean and professional. The room's bathroom were a bit tight, tourists from overseas may find it really small but it was overall a great stay.

Clean friendly bilingual service. Outstanding breakfast buffet although it is a little pricey. Rooms are small but tidy. Only Japanese TV channels. Witted internet is fast however wireless (Wi-Fi) is a little spotted and slow. Rates are on the high side of reasonable. Wife is extremely happy and we would definitely stay again.

Stayed in 6th floor, weak and slow Wi-Fi. Good location which is just around kabukicho bustling area.

Just a short walk North from Shinjuku station in Kabuki-cho. Convenient an moderately priced, staff are super friendly and they have english speaking staff for ignorant foreigners like myself :P.
