Beautiful Hotel, Very well kept. Very friendly Staff. Its so tall and the views are amazing. We were on the 21st floor and it was stunning! It's only a 5 min walk from Shinjuku Station so no issues with transport.

Convenient location in Shinjuku area. Fairly close to the subway and train stations and fairly central to all the stuff in and around Shinjuku. Room was tiny as expected but had all the amenities expected from a basic business hotel like free Wi-Fi, mini fridge, good outlets for power, etc. Bed was a bit soft with two thin pillows. No washroom in the lobby likely to prevent spillover from the square in front of the hotel flowing in. Decent security as you need room card access to enter elevator area and access floors.

Very good location and nice room. We were attended by a young man who found it difficult to understand. But there are several people in the reception. We find fellow-countrymen, and the best thing is the location, close to food, shops and the metro station. The room comfortable and very well-organized. The hotel is big and nice.

Well. The third day I didn't want to bring me many money, I have put them in the purse in the room. The evening I control in the purse and I don't find the money anymore. I have gone in reception to say that someone had stolen me 150 € from the purse that it was in room. Their answer has been that it had never happened in that hotel and in Japan the salaries are high in comparison to other countries, therefore it was not possible that it had happened. Just while they were saying that it had never happened in that hotel, a boy complained to the reception that he had found the open room and he asked if they had some security cameras. I have talked with this boy about these events. Seeing us speak, the staff were embarrassed and they didn't know what to do. They have given me the schedules of the entries in room of the employees and us, it has not served to nothing. I have insisted saying that if they had not refunded me, I would have told to the clients of the hotel that the staff stole. They have told me to return the next day. The following morning they have said that the hotel could not refund and in practice they wanted to temporize. I would have gone away two days later. It seemed to me embarrassing the apathy of the staff and the excuse of the Japanese salaries in comparison to salaries of other countries, it seemed only an unjustified prejudice, as if in Japan there are no dishonest people and in other countries instead yes.

The breakfast Buffet is good. Room small but as in all hotels that I was in Japan. The attention is good. What is terrible is Wi-Fi. Very slow the connection. You could only use in the morning when there were less people in the hotel.

Great location right in the middle of shinjuku. I'm staying on the 21st floor so can't comment on whether the noise outside is a problem. Rooms are small but comfortable. It's humid but there's a dehumidifier which works a treat. Breakfast was standard and not bad at all. Overall the hotel was pretty great value for money, especially for the location. There are no washing facilities for clothes but the staff were happy to take my laundry and returned it washed and dried later in the day. The staff are friendly and speak great English on the whole. I'd definitely stay here again, great hotel for the cheap and cheerful traveller.

We are currently only smoking rooms, if you are on the Internet, the hotel can provide no smoking room 2.
Directly to help you cancel your order to write to the hotel after returning home, the hotel reply to a room can only stay two, for the staff attitude will be re-education. Write a review to remind travelers who are travelling with children.

Great location. Damn hot in the room. No way really of controlling the heat. Just have to deal with it. Over all a pleasant stay.

Great place. Rooms were small but very clean and the upstairs onsen was lovely. Location was also great. Under 10min to train, lots of food locations nearby.

This APA seems a little more geared to foreign tourists than most APAs which are geared to business travel. Rooms are a touch larger, and larger beds. They are still small rooms though, if you have a couple of large suitcases, be prepared to be climbing over them, which is pretty typical for hotels in this range. Great location in Shinjuku, note it is in the vicinity of the Shinjuku 'adult night life scene'. It's still very safe (it's Japan after all). Lots of choices for food and shops all in close quarters.

Very like the APA there is nothing wrong that can be said none.

Good location Small rooms…

Travel agent didn't ask for the smoke free room as I requested, so spend the first night in a smokers room. It was awful, I spent all night wearing a mask and still breathing in poison. However, on the second night the hotel had a smoke free room come available, which they were happy enough to switch us to free of charge. Breakfast was nice and the public spa was an added bonus. Room overall was clean and had all the amenities.

The good thing: affordable prices €90 night, very centrally located, surrounded by restaurants and leisure areas, very close to the Metro. The staff were very helpful.
The bad: very small rooms, carpeting dirty, a lot of noise that did not allow you to sleep (the trains were heard), pillows very uncomfortable.

Excellent value for solo and small group travellers. This is the only hotel in this district with a public sento. Highly accessible, great variety for breakfast, CLEAN, good service… Honestly speaking just perfect.

A quite good hotel, the rooms are quite small but expected. There is barely enough room for 2 people. That said, it is pretty cheap and clean. So I can't say I hated staying here, but it isn't the best either. Still great for the price tho.

The entire experience has been hassle-free. Check in was a breeze and the staff is very helpful. The rooms are modestly sized and priced. Smoking rooms available. The bed is comfortable and clean. Can't speak to the location as I'm a foreigner and it's all new to me but it wasn't hard to find the place and is proving convenient for my trip.

This was a nice hotel, though nothing that made it quite stand out to deserve five stars. The front desk staff was friendly and professional. The rooms included a desk and a chair, though not much else. The Wi-Fi was free but only barely worked so wouldn't put too much value in it. Finally the location was pretty good, with access to major local train lines as well as being a ten minute walk from the long-distance trains.

Super Central position, excellent for displacements as very close. JR train station and all subways.
On the 28th floor there is a small spa, very useful at the end of the day, after walking long to the city, to relax a bit.
The staff at the hotel are very friendly.
No Gym the only flaw are the rooms, nice and functional, but really small.

Very good location good room although it is a little small.

Good location but somewhat shabby feeling overall, lots of cheap materials and the only bedding provided is some sort of space blanket that traps 100% of your bodyheat and will leave you sweating regardless of how cold it is. Good views depending on which side of the building you get. Price isn't that good considering how cheap the rooms feel.

Amazing location in Shinjuku, great English-speaking staff and an amazing room. Business hotels aren't known to be huge and this one was no exceptions. But the furnishings in the room made it a very comfortable place to stay.

Great and cheap stay. Staff very friendly. Superb location in a center of Shinjuku. Everything within 5 minutes of walking. 7/11 across the street. All in all great place to stay. Will definitely come back!

The hotel company's CEO forcibly places his own books in the room that promotes extreme facism and extremly wrong historical information. This disrespects the war victims and should not be tolerated.

It would have been better if yhey had onsite laundromat, other then that it was good for the nightly rate I got. In the future I will be staying somewhere else The neighborhood is not to my liking. Its great if you are into the kinds of things the area has to offer. Like bars and adult entertainment. This is definitely not a child friendly part of town.

Advantages: Very clean and comfortable, the location is in Kabuki-cho, next to the hotel is the VR ZONE, the front of the Sega Game Hall, from Jr Shinjuku Station is only 700 meters, walking about 5 minutes
PU point: Single room is very small, breakfast is expensive but not worth (about 2000 yen)

Stayed there for 6 nights, the front counter was helpful. Little English spoken, but was simple enough to understand with some translation. Lots of consumables provided: toothbrush & paste, hair ties & brush, razor & cream, slippers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. All are replenished daily. As we as towels and kimono robes. There are NO LAUNDRY facilities. Google has that wrong.

Good hôtel, in 'high' of shinjuku. You are near from métro and restaurant. The room is cool and clean.

Loved the service cute little room and food near by.

Paid approx. €600/¥74k for 5 nights during sakura season. We were happy for the price we paid as all competitors were charging even higher. Quality was lower mid-range but included free amenities which was nice. Room cleaning every day. And location was superb right next to Higashi-Shinjuku station.

We needed a room because our air BNB we dirty. Was able to get a last minute room at an affordable price.

Service almost non-existent rooms of very small sizes "if you make purchases plan another room" one does not breathe correctly due to lack of short air of poor quality.
Discouraged.
This is my first and last time in this chain.

Great service and friendly staff that speak some english. Rooms are small but clean and great if all you need is somewhere safe to shower and sleep. Close to train station and not far from shinjuku's main hub, golden gai etc. Can adjust air con. Smoking and non smoking rooms available. Only fault would be that the pillows where flat as cardboard. Overall very enjoyable stay.

Friendly, clean, efficient and great location.
