Traveller friendly, cheap hotel, in great location. Just a little out of Shibuya and Shinjuku, you get the feel of a small Japanese Tokyo neighbourhood, while still being conveniently near the train station, only a few stops from the bright lights. Hotel is efficient and clean, with a useful 24 hour cafe. Staff are friendly and good guides as to things to do — obviously keen travellers themselves.

Well located Hotel near the train station, supermarkets nearby. Good deal and clean.
I would recommend it if you go short on budget.
You have a restaurant next door very authentic where they prepare very rich sushi.

Good attention, there are machines for washing clothes for coins, there are vending of drinks and coffee. In the morning there is breakfast only. It's comfortable, but the rooms are small. Consider this if you carry many suitcases.

Great budget hotel. Near a train station, quiet, clean, and all around friendly staff. In all my stay in Japan, it was one of the best.

Price/performance for Tokyo absolutely OK. Good connection to the subway and shopping facilities right outside the door. Rooms are small but clean and hygienic. Service speaks German and is very friendly!

One of the cleanest rooms i've ever been in! The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I came to Tokyo to experience the city, not to see the inside of a room so I was only looking for a safe, clean place to stay and it more than served its purpose. The bathroom was spotless as well. Would definitely stay here again!

The stuff is fantastic. The location is very good, very close to the train even if not the subway line. Very authentic neighborhood with many small restaurants and shops along the street. 20 min walk to Shinjuku, 40 min walk to Shibuya. Close to a hip neighborhood called Shimokiyazawa. There is a supermarket close by open 24 hours and family mart and 7/11 close by. The room is very small and bed is a bit hard, but it is ok. I think it is not easy to find something bigger for this price in Tokyo even with airbnb. The bathroom is small too but has a bathtub. I was here in January, they always had a hot water and the room is possible to make warner with the air conditioner.

Room is quite small but manageable. Washrooms had a foul odor after showering but not a big deal if you will be out most of the day. Staff is nice. One of the blankets had some dried up brown substance, unsure of what it was but it was gross. Bang for buck is great. Close to subway.

Good value for bed. Food options not good because breakfast is just bread and jam and dinner options are ready in under 1 min without a chef meaning they are pre-prepared or pre-paying. Wi-Fi is poor in the rooms.

Stayed here a few years back, The inside wall of the room was completely mouldy and damp, and stunk (as shown on photo). Also one staff member was horribly rude and kicked my friend out when I invited her up to my room when I hadn't seen her for years. First time I've ever experienced such a thing at a hotel. Who would have expected that you can't have a friend in your hotel room that you paid for. I would never stay again or recommend to anyone.

Not very expensive hotel with Metro line right next door.

Good hotel not too expensive. We sleep well. Very easy to reach and close to all amenities.

BAD structure, too expensive compared to what it offers and not even well placed. The rooms look like blisters for suppositories, barely we enter a couple of people and luggage you don't know where to put them. Breakfast is terrifying: vomit coffee, old onion soups, you can only eat butter and jam bread, if you want else you pay it (packaged stuff).
In Short, as long as you are in time listen to the words of the wise Gandalf: "Flee fools! "

Convenient, Super clean, Excellent and Professional staff, and has all of the basics you need. I would definitely stay here again! :-)

The room itself hasba comfortable size however the beds are quite hard and not too good for my back. The reception is nice with a small cafe and good internet. The price is affordable as wrell so all in all a pretty good experience.

First trip to Tokyo (and the Japan).
Easy access (close to metro), room very clean.

Super cheap rooms, located right next to subway, rooms are very tiny.

Reasonable price, good transport. A convenience store nearby, an overnight supermarket within several minutes. Although it is cheap, the room is bigger than I expected. It is enough for organize the baggage comfortably. Every necessary things are well prepared. Disadvantage: As someone mentioned. The sound of flowing water in the pipe is quite weird, I almost thought I met something supernatural, seriously what's wrong with the building? I am really scared in the first night, I calmed down and have some nice sleeps after I realize that it was the water, but I still think the sound is too big and annoying. Other has mentioned the Wi-Fi is not good. I think it depends on number of people using it. It works fine for the first few stay of my trip, and it becomes very bad today… I think it is because the peak season of golden week has come. So get prepared for your internet access.

Standard sized room, hard matress their breakfast is a peice of bread and corn soup, slight mold in corners and ok edges of shoe rack in shower, can hear everything from other people's baths and showers to the elevator 3 floors away while in ur room.

They have great beer and food is cheap.

Finding Sakura here was like finding an oasis in the desert.

Very nice hotel! Two stations in Shinjuku! It is a bit small but it is not a surprise in view of the price. The staff is really friendly and includes / speaks English well. Downside the Wi-Fi signal in the room was really wobbly.
