Very nice interiors. Clean. Very polite staff. Great location.

Great location and very quiet despite being in the middle of Shibuya, but for a business hotel, I found the staff is very inflexible, and unwilling to help with very simple requests. Updating my review 1 year later: I am downgrading my review from last year from 3 Stars to 2 Stars. The front desk staff is either incompetent or just unwilling to be helpful. It took far too long to check-in, and the front desk staff was actually unfriendly. This is a nice hotel with rooms that are quite small but nicely furnished with everything you might need, and the bathrooms are great and supplied with many toiletries. Everything is very nice and clean. We are repeat customers, we book 10 rooms for 5 nights each year and we should be welcomed back with a smile, but instead we found an unhelpful and unfriendly lobby staff who need to understand, we may not come back due to the service in the lobby. It's simple, when repeat guests arrive with reservations, the hotel already has our passports from last time, and they already know our names from the reservation. They know that we are arriving. Why did it take 45 minutes to check us in? The only thing we should have to do is sign the check-in slip and grab our key and go to our rooms. Hotel Unizo Tokyo Shibuya, you have a problem at the front desk. We like this hotel, and the location is ideal but please fix the problem or we won't stay here again.

I was here for three days. Hotel was fine, but front desk staff was very uncomfortable. Two older ladies made my day go so bad because they were being rude and disrespectful when explaning hotel policies. I don’t want to come back because of the staffs. If you’re fine with dealing with disrespectful person, I recomend this hotel. To ladies with a short hair cut who worked on 4/28th needs to know they’re not doing a good job as a represntative of the whole hotel. BAD impression …

Well located nice room and good restaurant.

Good hotel and location. But understanding customer situation has to improve. but female front officers made way and helped us.

Awesome! Perfect location from the station and main road. Room is clean and calm, staffs are very kind and serve you with high quality service. One think I could not say good was the room was too dry due to the air-conditioner.

The room was decent and the staff were ok. Despite having a window that opened and it being the middle of winterthe room was too warm.

Quiet and easy access in busy shibuya.

The most unsatisfactory clerk who went on a week's tour felt as if indifferent not like Taiwanese tourists, and the room was too small to be pleasant.

An allright hotel in the heart of Shibuya. Pretty expensive considering the size of the room, but I guess that's normal in Tokyo/Shibuya. The best thing about the hotel is the proximity to Shibuya St. And shops/restaurants/cafés in the area.

Front desk is rude, ask them to call a phone number since its difficult to communicate with the japanese since they rarely speak english. The front desk told me she can only help me this one time. … thats helpful … anyway … Location is central shibuya … very good location room pretty much need a renovation, not very well maintained. curtains are torn, there board for hanging your coats are damaged … the toilet seems to make a sound when your using it. rooms are pretty small, but I can manage with that. Since pretty much this is that standard for japan.

So far, so good… not your five star hotel, but we liked it — actually really quiet in the heart of bustling Shibuya.

Great location, clean and comfortable room. A little pricey but still recommended.

Clean modern hotel. I had a single room, which is very small so only suitable for one person but the hotel was in a very central location and I didn't spend much time in my room anyway.
