It was here when I searched for the cheapest accommodation near Nagano station. It is considerably cheap about 3500 yen in single room. It was not a bed but a futon. Moreover, the room is terribly simple and has not put anything. But I did not feel inconvenience. Many foreigners and multinational.
Friendly hostel in a great location. Futons are very thin onto hard board making for a hard nights sleep.
