The room is old and the electrical socket is insufficient.
Facilities are adequate and ice particles are available. The view is good, not far from convenience stores and supermarkets.

Really enjoyed staying there, good service and at just 10 minutes from a JR line, and less than 5 to a metro station. The problem is to was the clothes, but is the only bad thing.

We just arrived and waiting for it to be two for the check-in we have eaten at the hotel restaurant. Super helpful. They brought us a gift, a soup and a salad. We ate and got the second glass of wine. Very friendly and friendly. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. No noise and super friendly. I recommend it for sure.

The room was perfect. Good location. Walking distance to Hamamatsucho Station which is last station of Tokyo Monorail Haneda Airport Line. So, you can come here straight from Haneda airport. The 24 hours open drink bar, Jonathan's is right opposite this hotel which is very convenient. Family Mart is right beside as well. Overall, a perfect place to stay for anyone looking for a base camp to explore Tokyo from.

Nice location. Clean room. A bit dated but everything was perfectly functional. The staff was extremely helpful.

Got a room with a view of Tokyo tower and looked amazing. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel rooms was very clean but did feel dated (like no electronic key) The breakfast was a little overpriced for what it was. Great location!

It was the best place I stayed in in my visit to Japan. I has a metro station and a JR station within walking distance. The rooms are nice and clean. It has a minifridge. The personel is kind.

It is a very good hotel but the beds are very hard.

The location is very good.
A few blocks from the train and monorail station… that takes you to Haneda airport. From this Hammasutho station. From there you can reach any rincon of Japan.
The hotel staff, very helpful.
They try to resolve and issue you to any concerns any passenger has.
They do not have a spanish interpreter… but anyway, we can communicate in English.
If one day I return to Japan, I would definitely choose this hotel again.

To any passenger who is about to visit Japan and is still planning and finalizing details, I suggest that by internet, purchase your Japan Rail Pass, from your country of origin. It is of extreme necessity to have this pass, such that here in Japan, is used to transfer to any part of this wonderful country.
Tickets can also be purchased here… but they are much more expensive.

Old hotel, with metal keys to the doors, room is in very poor condition. Little to no Wi-Fi. This should be second to last resort, only one above a capsule hotel.

Good hotel good location great staff.

Hotel was clean but felt very dated. Rooms were small but that's to be expected in Tokyo. In a slightly quieter area but close to heaps of great spots to eat and not far from train/subways.

Buffet help yourself breakfast, lovely to taste japanese style cuisines, it was a shame though that the waiters and waitress where constantly cleaning round you whilst eating your breakfast. It was like they wanted you to hurry up and leave. The hotel rooms where cleaned to high standards. But dated and need of modernising. The bathroom/ shower bath/ toilet absolutely loved. I miss having my japenese style toilet they need to fitting these in the UK.

Decent location being close to Tokyo tower and station but if you have large heavy luggages it's hard to move on foot to the hotel even though it's so close. Quite a lot of small eateries and convenience store nearby. Hotel itself is quite dated. Room is pretty good and if you are lucky you might get a view overlooking Tokyo tower. Room itself is about what you would expect from a hotel of this level.

We are on our honeymoon but we have two need room. Also all the forniture looks old. Service is correct. I think is not the best option for a honeymoon…

Un hotel molt ben situat. Bona educació del personal. It is placed in a very good place. The staff is very polite.

Great location, good infrastructure and amenities, nice staff. Have non-smoking rooms but the WHOLE HOTEL reeks of tabaco, if you have allergies, be aware.

Old and tired rooms. They charge like a wounded bull when attempting to check in early. I would class the coffee better at convenience stores than at breakfast. Avoid eating here if possible. Outside of busy periods the hotel can offer real value for money sometimes with their room only rates.

I only stayed here overnight but my experience was pleasant. The location is not too far from multiple transit stops. The bed was probably the biggest I stayed in and was pretty cozy. One annoying thing was that there was no power outlet near the bed.

Now the location isnt very central however it is quiet but very close to subway and train stations were the busy districts are only a few stops away, if you go out on the other exit of the train station you will also find alot of eaterys in a busy area. The rooms were very small for western standard but pretty normal for Japan not much cupboard space and very small bathroom but the bed wasnt too uncomfortable and the staff were friendly nd knew enough English, Wi-Fi free in lobby nd only free in you room through thr wired connection, didnt try the breakfast. Be aware to try and ask for a non smoking room as the smoking ones can be pretty smelly.

Very good place to stay in Tokyo! I highly recommend!

Excellent hotel. Excellent rooms. Excellent service. Excellent view from the upper floors, very friendly and professional staff. Great food and drink. 24/7. Will need your own coffee mugs.
