Sparrow is small, all dirty, convenient transportation. The most important thing is to see the Tokyo Tower out of the window, and for coffee lovers, coffee self-drinking, but also save a little money!

The rooms are quite small but service and location is great.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and affordable prices. Plus it's close to almost anything you might need during your stay in Tokyo. What more could you need?

Really nice room and very courteous staff. No restaurant, but there was a free coffee machine at the entrance. As usual with Japanese hotels, there were plenty of free hair brushes, toiletries, etc.

Close to public transportation, friendly front desk staff that speak English well, rooms are clean and suited for a typical Japanese business hotel.

The lobby is small, but the service is good. Various amenities are provided in the lobby, that you can take to your room freely. The room I stayed in was on the larger side, compared to your average Japanese hotel. 0 complaints.

In the heart of Tokyo small room all comfort with bathroom or we slept at 3. Very quiet at 3 steps from Tokyo Tower for 9500 yen at night.

Good location. Room are a bit small but are nice and confortable. Only negative point there is no restaurant in the hôtel for breakfast but hôtel staff give a list of close restaurant.

Very centrally located, perfect location to explore Tokyo. Very friendly and helpful staff. Absolutely quiet in the house. The rooms are small but very clean and tidy, very good bed. Breakfast is not available at the hotel, but you are looking for the right one among the many restaurants in the area. Only a 5-minute walk to the Hamamatsuchō station and the Haneda Airport Monorail station.

Bit small but super clean with tokyo tower view. Close to hamamatsucho train station. Centrally located and good base for your tokyo holiday.

Can choose to face the Tokyo Tower of the room type, located above 10 floors, weekends or special days there are different lighting … It's not romantic.

Location is near subway and JR station, just walk 2 minutes and you can find 2 convenience store. We like the bed & pillows and the room olso clean. But this hotel only has one Lift, so have to wait for going up or down.

Very bad comparing with it's price. Very small room, only one elevator though the building isore than 10 storey, collidor is facing outside, very very poor service at the front desk. I never style again.

For people like me who identify Tokyo Tower as one of the most romantic icon of Tokyo since Japanese Drama became popular internationally, I thought the additional cost for the tower view room was absolutely worth every cent. Anyway, check in was fast with both English and mandarin speaking staff. Coffee machine in the lobby, vending machine and smoking area on second floor. The hotel feels a little like apartment from the moment you step out of the lift. Room and toilet weren't too big but definitely of a comfortable size. It's a convenient hotel if you are touching down from Haneda as it's less than a 30min ride by train. It's close to 3 transportation line in all I believe and you won't starve because Ippudo and cocoban are nearby. Price… may be the only downside as it can be pretty competitive in Tokyo with the range of choices. Can give it a try especially for the Tokyo Tower view room.

5 minute walk to Hamamatsucho station (along Yamanote line and Haneda airport monorail! ), And about 3 minute walk to Daimon station (just 2 stops from my favourite Tsukiji fish market! ). This may not be a 5 star hotel but it has all the amenities that a traveller could need and is situated in a prime yet quiet neighbourhood. Price wise it is definitely a lot more value for money!

Ideally placed… Good base to visit Tokyo. Deer at 2 mn (Oedo Line/Asakusa line) and the monorail for Haneda within 10 mn on foot.
The Zozoji temple and Tokyo Tower are within walking distance, a few restaurants in the area and a konbini right next door.

Delicious hotel in a business neighbourhood, great services and super effective! Suitable both for business and leisure, it is situated only a couple of minutes walk from the Hamamasutcho station where you have all kinds of transport available.

Convenient to Hamamatsucho Station (Monorail to Airport as well as JR/Subway lines). Larger clean rooms, modern. Close to neighborhood restaurants & shops. Good amenities.

Simple, clean and great staff. Walking distance from Hamamatuscho Bus station and Daimon station. About 10 minute walk to Hamamatuscho station with luggage.

Location wise, definitely 5/5. Near to the train system, a family mart and many other useful stores. Locals here also can speak english to a good extent, which is definitely a benefit if you cant speak the Japanese langauge well. Hotelwise, its good, I have nothing bad to say about it, no issues. 4/5 in my experience.

Great place in the heart of the city close to everything. Trains to easy.

The reception was good, but the room was clean. The room has a patio with four rooms on each side of the floor. The Tokyo Tower (10/f above) is visible to the main street, but the price is more expensive.

Happyly surprise with this little hotel. Next to the underground and JR, very clean, modern and they have free lavazza coffee :)

Convenient location within walking distance of tourist attractions such as Tsukiji fish market and Tokyo Tower. Not in the heart of the action of Tokyo but close subway lines that will get you there. Rooms are small but clean and adequate for two people. English speaking staff and free Wi-Fi!

Clean, quiet and great value given the close proximity to Ginza… some excellent restaurants in the streets behind if prepared to explore.

It is a perfectly located Hotel if you are about to use Haneda Airport. Non-stop to Haneda and two stops to Ginza and Tokyo Stn areas which is the very CBD of Tokyo. Two Stops to the famous Fish Market. Most of all, the hotel offers TOKYO TOWER day & night view rooms which we stayed in. Marvelous!
