Delightful staff and excellent food. Can’t wait to return!

I had worst hotel experience with Wesin Tokyo. Careless rude staff. Business hotels in Tokyo is better that this hotel. I had to wait for more than one hour for check-in, another hour for afternoon tea, and many more bad experience. They ruined my holidays. I would never recommend this hotel.

Spent 3 nights here and this hotel is "classy". Done in a more traditional, Euro-asian style this hot exudes luxury and style from the moment you check-in. The rooms are large and the bedding very comfortable as at all Westin hotels. Sufficiently large bathrooms too, mine had both a tub and a shower cubicle with a wonderful rain shower. When I visited their gym was under renovation which was a bummer but they had a temporary setup which was usable. Food at the hotel is okay, but the service at the restaurant can be improved, particularly during breakfast. Waiters keep removing plate settings even when there are people eating and the quality of the breakfast spread is just about okay. Loved the freshly squeezed orange juice though. Otherwise, the housekeeping and room service staff are great, friendly and prompt. Location is good with plenty to see and do nearby, particularly lots of nice bars and restaurants.

Like many Westin hotels. This one is very nice and clean. The food selection for breakfast is great but it's expensive which is typical for all hotels of this class. The bar upstairs has nice views and the one in the lobby has a great selection of whiskey. The gym is adequate but a little small. My only gripe is that they charged for a executive room despite being in a standard room since when I booked there were no standard rooms available. Seems a bit odd. But apart from that it was a nice stay. It is quite far from the train station.

I love the hotel for so many reason. You can walk to the nearest train station without getting wet on the rainy days and walk in the shade on the hot summer days. So many shops around the hotel. And most of all, food and sweets at the hotel are so delicious!

Nice rooms and amazing staff. Great water pressure. In a very nice area with Yebisu Gardens nearby. A little far to walk to the metro during July heat, but otherwise not too far from public transport. The bed was comfortable but firm, and I had some trouble sleeping on it.

We enjoyed our stay here! Service was what you'd expect at a Westin (top notch), and accommodations were nice. Location is excellent: in true Asian fashion, there is a covered walkway all the way to the nearest train station. It's only a couple of stops away from Shinjuku, and if you have a JR pass you can ride for free. There is also a commercial center across the street with lots of shopping and dining (quick or fine, whichever you want). Recommendation: get the breakfast included with your room. The buffet is pretty nice and it's great to just be able to walk downstairs before hitting the craziness of Tokyo!

Nice and comfort hotel. The staffs are kindly and friendly. Great experience to stay in this hotel. Fresh welcome drink greet us during first coming. There are iron and ironing board in the room, also equipped with coffee maker and hot water pot. Also has bath tub inside bathroom. Keep on this great serve.

Is an old building but very well taking care off. The beds are a little to hard for me and the pillows to soft. The bathroom is old, even the bidets are old. I would ask for a good view. Overall is a great hotel. I am not sure $300 a night is worth it. You can definitely find a cheaper hotel en Tokyo with great Customer Service. Japan exceds on that!

A combination of excellent food and excellent service in one: walking distance to the Ebisu train station.

Large upscale hotel catering to business and international travelers. Located in a very quiet neighborhood with a view of the local area. Interior feels very regal with marble floors and columns. Apparently weddings sometimes are also hosted here. Staff is very attentive but not overbearing. Some good restaurant choices that are relatively close by. From high end to budget friendly choices. Note: Not close to the train station. Approximately 30 minute walk.

Nice Hotel in Ebisu. 10min walk to Ebisu station. Although like in all Westin’s i‘ve bin to, drinks/food are expensive.

The Westin is a well appointed hotel that is inclusive in both basic and higher level of service. From the start they greet you and strive to make you comfortable. While some services are quite expensive, spa is one such item, overall you feel a fair value.

Room is good Westin standard, comfy bed, good amenities. Hotel is a bit of a walk from station but in a nice area by Ebisu Garden place and is quiet at night. Service of the staff was not very good compared to Japan standard or other Westin hotels I've been at. Could not find staff in the lobby when I needed and had to walk around until I found someone, and when checking in the staff was cold and provided no info. I had to proactively ask about my SPG welcome benefits. The service is the only reason why I gave 4 star instead of 5.

Great place. Friendly service, in English, also in Chinese. Excellent breakfast. The restaurant on the top floor has a fantastic view.

It is a good hotel, also, if you are a tourist is a very convenient location since it is 10 minutes away from a major subway and railway station that is part of the Yamanota Line that takes you to the most important tourist areas within Tokyo. Also they have a great buffet and the bar serves Guinness draft. However, food and drinks are a bit overpriced (1 pint of Guinness 2, 200Y)

Fantastic location between two metro spots, right across the street from any shopping you might need to do and a great garden area for a stroll. You can take an airport shuttle to/from either airport to save a lot of money on a taxi. The hotel itself is pretty amazing looking, great buffet and my room had a very distant view of the mountain. Highly recommend.

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… Rooms are good and service is decent. They have good options for breakfast. However their dinner buffet has very limited options for vegetarians. We visited in the last week of November and they had a dessert buffet. Though pricey at 8580 yen per person, it was delicious and very varied. Highly recommend you sample the dessert buffet.

Highly recommended and the view over the city completes that.

Luxury and expensive hotel, but definitely worth what you pay if you have a budget for your holiday.
Very comfortable, spacious and luxurious rooms. Service, cleanliness and top-notch facilities. Most employees do not speak English and that is where we find a minimal lack.
The breakfast is amazing, very complete and plentiful.
Free Wi-Fi is available for all hotel facilities.
Highly recommended if you have a budget for your holiday.

Amazing hotel with amazing facilities inside, the feel is like an old European castle with the ornaments, proper stone pillars and large oil paintings. I was at both bars, one on top was with stunning view of Tokyo and the other at ground level was nice too. Only I did not like to sit inside, because people were smoking cigars and was really stinky due to the smoke. So we sat just outside in the rest areas, very large and comfortable sofa seats, food was nice and bear was fresh as we were right next to the brewery. It's not cheap place, however is worth visiting for the experience and is perfect place to treat a person. Anyone will be impressed by the luxury inside and will cost you less than a good restaurant visit for sure.

The hotel is gorgeous, perhaps opulent. It is a business oriented hotel but it is a reasonable distance from ebisu station. The executive lounge was great — lots of selection of drink and snacks.

The service and staff at the Westin are top notch. Rooms are older, elegant style.

First time at a Starwood property (lifelong Marriott guy) and I was very impressed with this hotel. I had a wonderful view of the Tokyo skyline from my room which was very nice. The staff was impecable and I loved the central location. Happy traveler!

Feel on this international hotel in the positioning of more suitable for business people stay, room large and clean, service and facilities of course to achieve high level, can let a person quiet rest, breakfast lacks characteristics, surroundings simple, there are underground channel 聨 to Western style Ebisu garden Square, The supermarket of the second floor of the three-Yue department store in the square is not very big.
However, if you like the Japanese Shop street flavor, or want to find a convenience store, it will take a 8~10 clock to the outside of JR station, you can also take a 1 stop to the lively Shibuya station.

This hotel is definitely one of the finer higher class hotels. The staff is very attentive professional and efficient not to mention the rooms in facility itself was extremely clean. The quality of food prepared by their culinary team at the restaurant was by far some of the cleanest best tasting Cuisine I have had definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling where the things I'd mentioned are important to them.

An amazing, glamorous place. Staff helps you open car doors, helps with your luggage, pours your drinks and is extremely polite. The place is also elegant and luxurious. This comes at a price.

Nice hotel with good service. My trip was primarily for business, but I did some sight seeing as well. I was able to. Walk to the office, but proximity to train/subway stations was convenit for exploring Tokyo.

Very nice hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and spacious. There is an amazing teppanyaki place on the top floor that has AMAZING food, but pricey.

Rooms are large, staff friendly and anyways accommodating of early check-ins. B'fast buffet is varied, but very few choices for people with dietary requirements ie gluten free, dairy alternatives. Location is pleasant but a little far from the train station or many research choices, shops etc.

Very swanky hotel in all the public areas. The rooms aren't quite up to the lavish levels of the lobby but still very pleasant. I loved the yukata left in the drawers. A great location and very walkable to many places in the nearby business and cafe districts. Well up to the Westin standard. But not cheap!

Clean hotel, splendid staff who go all the way to assist. This hotel is very close to Ebisu train station, fabulous restaurants all around area. One train stop away from Shibuya for only 140 Yen each way.

Very upscale hotel in the most high-end part of Tokyo. You can get to a main rail station without going outside, which is great for rainy days. Their event catering was much better than what I've had other places. Their cigar club has a nice selection of Cubans. Ferraris and porches are the norm for the locals here and true exotic cars are easily spotted around the area.

I booked a weekend over Valentine's day as a surprise for my wife and the staff at the Westin Tokyo was extraordinary at making sure everything was perfect for the surprise. The location is very convinient near Ebisu station and across the street from Garden Place, as well as a short trip from Roppongi or Shibuya.
