New, tidy n clean. An indoor public path is offered, pretty good. It claims the tap water is special n drinkable. 5 mins walk to JR station. Highly recommended.

That was nice to have public buth. I just feel that reception ladies were too polite. To me it was a little too much.

Very well located but rooms are small and depressing because windows are not transparent. There is a common bath and that is great. Excellent service.

Good location, close to Tokyo station but not noisy. Service is also not said, decoration design is very warm, the most important thing is also a large bath plus hot spring. Although the price is a lot more expensive than other Super hotel, but it is quite worth it.

Friendly staff, very helpful, convenient location. Close to train station (a treasure trove of eateries and shops). However the standard room is very, very small. I'm talking two people can not stand up at the same time next to the bed small. However I would stay there again with an upgraded room for space.

Very conveniently located at a 7-10 minute walk from Tokyo station. The room is really small as is typical of hotels in Japan. The good thing though is every floor has a water dispenser you can access so you are not forced to head to the vending machine every time you need a drink. Plenty of shopping and restaurants to go around. But yes it is expensive.

It's a great place to stay as it's so near to yaesu central station so there is no need to hire taxi. The price is reasonable for its location. Overall it's a money worth place.

Tradirional Japanese bath is downstairs. You can pick your bed pillow for your desired comfort.

The room is ridiculously small but it's a Japanese standard business hotel, so you have to understand it. All the young female staff is extremely nice and cute. You can chose your favorite pillow from a large selection.

Hotel very conveniently located just 5 minutes walk from the exit Yaesu of Tokyo Station. There are no keys, but numerical password, it has onsen (Japanese thermal bath), free Wi-Fi and the staff speaks English without problems. The only one but is that the rooms are very small and, like almost all the Japanese business hotels, they have no wardrobe. It is fine for one or two nights, at most, precisely for this detail but for a prolonged vacation stay they are too small.

Unbeatable and with its own Omsen.

It's hotel good for workers and businessmen. A tourist would be fine difficult to stay more than 2 nights. Prices are quite high. Location is good (in front of Tokyo station). Buffet breakfast is OK. Some rules of the hotel are questionable (e. G. Not wearing yukata at breakfast or no tattoos allowed in the hotel's public bath, something that one could expect from rural Japan rather than Tokyo).

Great location. 10 minute walk from Tokyo station. We had a twin room although the beds were equivalent to Queen size and we're too big for the tiny room. Room alway very clean with kimonos and Japanese shopping bags available. Laundry facilities, communal bath and vending machines available too. The breakfast was amazing — lots of choice and all very tasty. The staff were incredibly polite, friendly and helpful. Reasonable price for the location and pretty luxurious too. Oh and the place smelled great as well.

This hotel is very friendly, very clean, and in a very convenient location. The staff is incredibly helpful and their English is great! We got a really small room meant for one person, but two people manage to fit. They give some small gifts to make you comfortable. There's no room service and many things, like hairdryer and iron, are in a different location not in the rooms. There is an onsen for men and for women, which is very relaxing. No breakfast included. Overall it's a pretty nice hotel.
