Room is OK, usual quality for Tokyo. Location is superb and the prices are OK. The cleaning is so-so, not the best and I always find my stuff moved around which annoys me. Breakfast is nice, however it's overpriced. There are 3 options to choose from and they are all delicious but ¥1, 500 is way too much. Also, if you travel for business, the 6.45am start might be too late for you. There are only two washing machines for the 7 floors. These work with coins, 3kg washing +drying cost ¥500. As you can imagine, with the hot humid summer, they are in constant use. Currently I've got time to spare as I'm waiting for two people to collect their clothes for over 45min. The staff cannot do anything about it, they will not open the machines no matter how long they stay like this (maybe days?! ). So if that's the case, two ignorant people can sabotage 100s of guests' laundry. Update: OK so I got angry and checked the free teas that were pointed out by the receptionist during check in. It turns out to be not only tea but lotion, hair mask, bath salt and even sheet mask! It's something so impressive that I change my rate from 3 to 4 stars!
We had a good time. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the breakfast amazing. Deserves 4 stars.

Well priced, clean rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. We ended up staying with this chain again because we had a good experience the first time.
