A small but clean hotel with everything you need. I was surprised to see that even a wash pad and razor were included. The AC worked well which was very important because it was blazing hot this time of year in Tokyo. The service was also amazing and location was a stone's throw away from Kanda station. I would go again.

I stayed at this hotel for a week. My stay went great.
The room is small, but it's so a bit in all Japanese hotels. My reservation also included breakfast. There was a choice between three options: 1) rice curry and meat; 2) french toast with jam and salad on the plate; 3) wrap with chicken and julienne vegetables, plus there was the possibility to add boiled vegetables and two different types of soups (which I did not try and therefore I could not recommend). For drinks there was a choice between hot or cold coffee and hot or cold tea. Don't expect a continental breakfast with eggs, bacon, yogurt, milk, cereals, etc. Breakfast is Japanese style. Among the three options the one I liked the most was the french toast, it was always super fluffy and hot!
There is a laundry room in the property if you need to wash your clothes, an ice dispenser and a vending machine.
As for the cleanliness, great!
Friendly staff, speak a little in English, but with difficulty.
One thing that surprised me was the presence of a (free) distributor in the lobby where you can take hot chocolate, coffee and tea.
I chose this hotel for its strategic location, a short walk from Kanda station, there is the JR station (great if you bought a JRpass), also walking for about 15 minutes you are immediately in Akihabara.
