The reception on the 28th floor counter is very cordial and offers all our assistance, including the purchase of tickets.
1st floor service personnel better, take the initiative to borrow umbrellas, help pack, personally help us to implement Li to the station and carefully account for the station staff, so that the family feel this journey is very reassuring.
There is also a gym and swimming pool staff is also very enthusiastic, offered to invite my son to drink, children are very happy. The lack of the United States is that we are 2 days to 28 floors of the 2 restaurants with breakfast, met the two receptionstaff all feel a little aloof, but good, the rest of the restaurant staff are cordial.

A very warm welcome from staff. They are very friendly and polite. Concierge staff is very nice and she helped me to make a reservation and she even printed out the map and booking details for me.

The staff of the Shangri-La extended myself and my family every courtesy and kindness one could possible hope for. EVERYONE was friendly, kind, and always will to assist in any capacity they could to help make our first trip to Japan a fantastic one. We will be returning to Japan early next year when our son is engaged in his studies at Sophia University, and we will be back at your hotel once again to enjoy your warmth and kindness. Until then best wishes, and our sincere thanks!

Excellent hotel. Friendly staff, nothing is too much. Pool staff extra friendly. Service is excellent everywhere. One small comment, when having a drink at the bar one night we were asked if we wanted to have some snacks with the drinks. Too our surprise we were charged for them; 650 yen for some peanuts. Never in all my stays at Shangri-La hotels or any 5 star hotel all over the world I have been asked to pay for peanuts!

From the minute we stepped into our room, we were blown away by the beautiful room and view of the city. The super king-size bed was wonderful, as was the incredible, huge bathroom. Everything about the room and hotel was 5-star and first-class. The staff was even more amazing. After returning from a long day of site-seeing, we were pleasantly surprised by a bottle of wine and birthday card from the staff. We didn't even tell them it was my husband's birthday! He also enjoyed doing laps nearly every day in the pool. The only disappointing part was having to leave. Lol.

We absolutely loved our stay. We have stayed at the Shangri-La in Sydney, Australia in the past and it was just as incredible. There is a consistency in both hotels with the staff, cleanliness and aesthetics. We were gifted a bottle of champagne and fruits during our stay since we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and we couldn't have asked for more. It was just incredible. The attention to detail is great and worth the price of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was delicious and constantly being replenished. Everything was just perfect… We will be back!

Before check-in answer questions, Japanese style courteous and thoughtful service attitude, stay to provide intimate gifts (insiders very happy), excellent room cleaning maintenance (insiders offer to tip encouragement), very intimate to provide guests to Tokyo station on the platform waiting (Tokyo Station easy to get lost), compared to their current stay in the five-star hotel (Grand Hyatt Hotel, Royal Garden Hotel), Tokyo Shangri-La is the best, if you do not mind to pay a little more price, this hotel is worth choosing to stay at the hotel!

I can't fault this hotel although you are obviously paying the price for it. For a luxury hotel, I liked that it felt friendly and comfortable. Horizon club access was nice. We stayed in a room in same level as club. I was just expecting more interesting view but maybe because we were in same direction as club which meant we had same view. We tried steaks for room service and they were perfect although late night food was underwhelming, fries and prawns, both with quality and quantity.

Overall we loved our experience, only wish it could have been longer. Everything was excellent, the room, the service, the facilities and we look forward to visiting again. A special thanks to Olivia who not only escorted us from the station, but was always around to offer helpful advice with an excellent attitude and smile, much appreciated.

Absolute top notch hotel. Fantastic service and everyone was very nice. We had a change of plans mid stay and they were fantastic to work with. I’d give it a 6 star if I could.

The room was clean, spacious and very much loved. The only drawback is that the mattress is too soft!
Feeling that the whole person is trapped in not enough support, so after the morning to wake up to feel less comfortable waist back. Other perfect!

Absolutely fabulous experience. Staff were very accommodating and polite. Our room 3524 was always prepared to a high standard. They only thing that I would remark upon is that when we came back to the hotel and decide to have dinner we were only shown into the bar lounge and not asked if we wanted to be seated in the dining/breakfast area as it was rather a limited menu and the low seating arrangement made it rather difficult to eat our meal in a comfortable manner and we only discovered that you had a dining area the next morning when we went there for breakfast. Thank You.

The hotel is very nice, in my opinion, I feel that it is necessary, for the category that the staff should have more induction to the service of the guest, although pay in advance of my stay I made a lock to my American Express for more than 5,, 000.00 usd, I don't see it right. In my check out I went to a partner of you in the Front desk and very rude ignored me, I asked to speak with the manager and tell the rude person that commented. In the end I apologized and everything was just a bad taste in the mouth. I usually pay for stays at the best hotels in the world and this time was not what was expected.

From the moment I contacted Reservations through to the moment we checked out every aspect of our experience was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. THANK YOU! This is by far the BEST hotel in the world of all our travels and we look forward to returning again and again!

Fantastic experience Shangri-La Tokyo makes you feel at home Staff are all very warm and helpful, especially the Concierge team. The lady heading the team is super helpful and pleasant. Breakfast is fantastic, great menu and great service. Staff at ground floor are very welcoming and helpful. Overall it is 10/10. Only 1 point I would like to mention is that my luggage were in the room even before we arrive in the room. First experience after staying in hundreds of hotels. Check in was fast and smooth.

I’ve been coming here for 5 years and it’s my home away from home. Everyone now recognizes me and my husband. Service is perfect, the rooms are large and beautiful. The concierge graciously handes all my requests and obtains me hard to get reservations. This is a perfect hotel.

Beautiful hotel with impeccable service. The sushi restaurant is excellent with the sushi master who ensures the show and a book that contains the fish and shellfish that one eats with a small description in English. The best breakfast in Tokyo with Veinoiserie that are perfect. Honey is also a taste.

今回もとても素晴らしい滞在でした。ホテルをブッキングした時から予約がややこしく（家族四人、二部屋に分かれてしまったので）それもそれぞれ到着と出発時間が異なる故にスムーズにチェックインとチェックアウトになるであろうと思っていましたが、さすがといいますが、シャングリラ東京ホテルさん、特にクラブコンシェルジュの皆さんの連携チームプレーには感服いたします。 そこで今回特別にお礼申し上げたい方が、 １．クラブコンシェルジュの高野今日子さん。本当にややこしい予約を入れてしまっているにもかかわらず、瞬時に状況を把握して頂き、ずっと早く到着する妹がホテルで先にくつろげるよう手配をして頂きました。今回は姉妹三人と母と初めての旅行で各自リクエストなどたくさんあってまとめて全旅程を手配した私にはとてもプレッシャーでした。しかしたったひとつのメールですべての不安やややこしいリクエストなどすべてコンシェルジェさんの方で解決、配慮していただき、お陰様でシャングリラ東京ホテルでは何事も心配せず、安心してゆっくりとくつろげました。母と姉妹もとても喜んでいたようです。本当にありがとうございました。 ２．そして次にお礼申し上げたい方は同じくクラブフロアにいらっしゃるスヨンさん。いつもながら私の決まった行動をすべて把握していてとてもありがたいです。母は出発が早かったので最終日は普通フロアを予約していました。普段その場合母は28階でチェックイン、そしてラウンジを使用した場合は使用料を払っていましたが、スヨンさんの特別は計らいでクラブフロアのコネクティングルームを用意頂きました。私は自分の荷造りをいつも最終日にするので特に一緒の部屋にいなくてもよかったと予約時には思っていましたが、スヨンさんのおかげで大量の荷物を分けたあと部屋と部屋を行き来することなく家族みんなでワイワイと楽しい荷造りを体験できました。スヨンさんのお客さんに対する3歩進んだ心のこもったおもてなしには本当に家族みんな感激致しておりました。そしていつもよりスムーズに楽しい最終日を過ごせて旅の疲れもみんなそこで少しとれたと思います。この場をお借りして改めてお礼申し上げます。母いわく、スヨンさんいなくなっちゃったらどうするの？と・・・私も今は想像したくありません。 ３．そして次にポリーチェンさん。ご多忙のところわざわざご挨拶頂きありがとうございます。同じく台湾出身ということもあり、すぐに話に夢中になってしまいました。山中さんもそうですが、他のホテルみたいにただの宿泊客のように決まった事を話し、決まった挨拶で去っていくのではなく、すでに私たちの事を事前に把握して頂いていたようで、さすがシャングラのおもてなしだ！とまた改めて感じた瞬間でした。本当に上の方も、どのポジションの方もシャングリラ精神をもっていらっしゃるというか、だから私も家族もみんなシャングリラ東京ホテルが大好きです。 ４．そして今回私たちの家族滞在に関わって頂いたすべての方にお礼申し上げます。ベルデスクの方には冷凍品や大量の荷物を運んでいただき、ハウスキーピングの方にはアメニティーをロクシタンに交換して頂いたり、スパの方には姉といびきをかくほどリラックスさせて頂き、もう書ききれません！そしていつも思い荷物を送ってくださる方、本当に感謝いたします。お怪我なさらないよう気をつけてください。本当に重いので。次ななるべく軽くするよう心掛けたいと思います。 ５．最後になりますがアプリの件、前回少しあったらいいなとつぶやいただけでしたがすでに作られていた！本当にびっくりです。

This is our second time in 10 months to stay at the Shangri-la Hotel Tokyo Horizon Club. The hotel is beautiful with a perfect location at Tokyo station. Most importantly, the service by the hotel staff is impeccable. The Horizon club concierge, especially Kyoko, Ami, Hideko provide impeccable service from the time of booking the reservation, to arranging all the hard to get tickets and dining reservations. This return trip felt like returning to visit friends at the hotel. The meals at the horizon club were exceptional. The included breakfast options are fantastic and tasty. The hotel staff welcoming us at the train station on arrival, and accompanying us to the platform on departure makes the entire experience phenomenal.

All are good except the house keeping. I called the service centre for a stationary box an old one arrived. With one short pencil, 2 paperclips 3 marker pens. Jason told my room is not entitle to it. Please clarify.

You were beyond excellent, super impressed with the excellent service and amazing staff starting from the concierge to the Lobby attendants, to house keeping, room service, restaurant staff and of course the horizon club staff and their lovely manager. Everyone is super nice, professional and speak English. Thank you for making these short 2 days super special.

Loved our stay at the Shangri-La. Everything was perfect. Check-in was easy — our bags were taken to our room as we check in. The room and view were perfect. Every staff member we encountered was polite and friendly. Concierge went above and beyond for any requests for restaurant reservations. Would absolutely stay here again.

I was very impressed from the beginning with the in-room check in. The service from airport pickup until airport drop off was the best I have ever had on a business trip. This makes the experience very good and takes a lot of stress out of traveling. I really feel at home during my stays at your hotel. Thanks for the great service and attention to details.

Five, but with flaws. It is right above the station, as a result noisy and crowded. The land is expensive, as a result, everything is arranged in the area of reception of guests. Drive in and in general underground. The rooms are not bad, the view from the Windows is pleasant. Just two restaurants in the hotel, not a problem but expected more.

The hotel adjacent to Tokyo station is in an excellent location with access to the center of Tokyo, Ginza and Nihonbashi, but if you take a step further, there is a sign like you recreated the beautiful and mysterious 'Togenoza' Another world filled. For those who wish to arrive by airport or bullet train, we arrange for "Meat & Greet Service" which the hotel staff transfers to the Tokyo station platform. You can enjoy yourself at the finest facilities that combine peace and glamor, including guest rooms boasting the largest in the city, exclusive CHI Spa, and restaurants and lounges offering the best taste.

Very luxurious Hotel. If you have more money to spare and don't mind spending a lot for a hotel, I highly recommend this. There's already a restaurant, spa, and gym… staff are very helpful. Very high class area. Location is quiet as well. A few minutes away from the station.

One of the nicest full service hotels I have stayed at. The most helpful aspect as a foreigner is the concierge service — they helped make restaurant reservations in Japanese when we only had 1.5 weeks in advance. When there was no availability for our first choices (plans were last minute), the concierge very nicely called even more places for us that we requested. We coordinated via email before our arrival, so this helped with the time zone difference. Some nice things are the complimentary shoe shine — there was a minor scuff / scratch that the hotel filled in and matched the color, so it looks so much better now. The rain shower is also the widest diameter I've encountered, and the shower room is very spacious so you can just hang your clothing to steam out wrinkles instead of ironing.

Restaurant. Couldn't have been a more perfect experience. Their attention to detail was amazing all the way to a personal escort to our train. Location is fantastic too since you literally walk out the door and in to Tokyo Station.
