Just wonderful. The room was so comfortable and the bathroom was amazing. The staff were so helpful and friendly — they helped me arrange luggage delivery and storage at the airport and walked me to the post office and helped me send some things home. They were waiting to hand us umbrellas as we walked out of the elevator to go out for the day. And the little touches were so special. I particularly loved the different origami animals etc that were left after the room was cleaned. The minibar is free! There is a small library! This hotel is just above and beyond anything I have ever experienced. We would not stay anywhere else in Tokyo.
Lovely hotel. Very comfortable room but everything is made 10 times better by the people, from front desk too back of house.
