The service here is great. The room comes with free water and a welcome treat. You take off your shoes and don’t wear them inside the hotel which is actually kinda nice after walking all day. Onsen can be crowded but you can get free ice cream afterwards. They also serve free ramen at night until 11pm. Ramen was not bad actually. In the morning you can grab a free probiotic drink until 10am. We got the breakfast buffet. There were a lot of options but the taste wasn’t that great.
Fantastic location! very short walk to the famous running man sign, crab restaurant, etc. The hotel room itself was actually kind of small, but everything else made up for it. Their breakfast and midnight noodles are a MUST HAVE if your staying here. So many options!
The onset is quite relaxing. There are three separate baths; cold, warm, and hot. There is also a sauna (at least in the women’s baths).
Stayed in a compact twin room with no cleaning.
What I liked:
The way that the hotel has tatami mats, so no shoes can be worn. This makes it feel cleaner and more of a Japanese experience.
Breakfast buffet is amazing. Lots of fantastic foods to try. Excellent management of the buffet by staff too. Occasionally we had to wait a bit for the buffet but not long.
Communal bath, which is open all night so you can visit at quieter times.
