Located right around the corner from subway line and many restaurants and shopping! Easy check in (3pm), they kept our bags for us while we waited and when our room was ready they had sent all our luggage and bags in our room waiting for us. That was a really nice touch. They were able to also send our luggage to our next hotel (2 large suitcases cost about 4200 yen). The bed has been the coziest bed so far on our trip in Japan out of 4 other hotels. The room is small but that's not uncommon.
Great location right at the main Namba Osaka train station, and central walking distance to all the good spots — Dotonbori and Shinsekai food, Namba shopping.
Rooms are small and minimalistic, with no writing table or paper or pen. A severe lack of hanging space and nowhere to store luggage. We were thoughtful and travelled light to Japan, which worked in our favour in this hotel. We used every nook space to our advantage.
The room was clean and modern and a clean modern bathroom.
