What an experience! Located a few blocks doem the Osaka train station (we walked) is the Conrad. The hotel is on top floors of a high-rise and the views are incredible. With my Hilton honors I had access to the executive lounge and free breakfast which was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. I chose the lobster Benedict followed by a endless buffet. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Special thanks to Midori san and all the staff for our wonderful stay. They went above and beyond with their service. The room was impeccable with wonderful city views. The lounge access was a great place to relax and nibble on some food, especially when it was raining outside.
I would recommend staying here if you find yourself in Osaka.

Very relaxing and luxurious experience at the Conrad Osaka in May 2018. We enjoyed the VIP check in experience at the Executive Lounge, the decor of the hotel, the modernity of the room controls (A/C, light), and the spaciousness of our room and the views from the sky! The swimming pool was very relaxing and offered an onsen experience as well. Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent, with a lot of choice and high quality. The staff was very friendly with us and our 18 month baby and make us feel like VIPs. We would stay at the Conrad Osaka again for sure when we're back in the Osaka area! Only a 10 min easy walk to Osaka station.

A very wide selection of food at the breakfast buffet. It feels very high class here with amazing views. The rooms will give you that wow factor. One if the nicest rooms I have ever been in.

We were seeking a rooftop to watch sunset while sipping on libations. On arrival it was a clear winner when we realized it was not only indoor, but super swanky. The only downside was the drinks and service; kinda slow at less than medium capacity, and the drinks weren't particularly memorable. If the blinds are down when you get there just ask the staff to raise them. They've fantastic two-story, floor to ceiling windows.

Absolutely amazing hotel… an architectural wonder. Views from the sky bar and lounge on level 40 are incredible. High tea was perfection and the staff went out of their way to assist us and even surprised us with a complimentary tray of beautiful sakura cakes and sweets. Definitely recommend Conrad for any visit to Osaka!

We experienced an amazing 5 stars customer service at this new hotel! Fabulous and beautiful hotel with top-notch service from their staff! This is probably the best Conrad hotel we have been to. Spacious rooms with breathtaking city view and modern decor. Although the location is not the best in Osaka, you do have to walk about 10 — 15 minutes to the Osaka station, we still enjoyed every minute of our stay at this wonderful hotel. Highly recommended!

As soon as we walked in to the Conrad Hotel we knew it was the perfect place to stay in Osaka. This was our first time to travel to Osaka Japan it was a special occasion. I’m amazed how beautiful this hotel, the concierge at the front desk the manager at the restaurant everyone that works at this hotel I give 5⭐️. We stayed at the executive room where you can see the whole city day or night, it was really amazing we didn’t even want to leave our room that’s how comfortable we were. I’ve room with superduper clean it got clean to three times a day just to make sure that they didn’t missrd anything or a little piece of paper on the floor great job to the housekeeper and a supervisor that made sure the work was done correctly amazing, so grateful we stayed here.
