Dinner was great best of all 😍

Stayed at corner-double on 59th floor. The view! I couldn’t fall asleep! was just looking at the view all night! you can see both the bay and the city view from the corner room! was an amAzing stay!

I had a romantic Valentine’s dinner date at the SiRIUS Sky Lounge. Delicious food and great view. Also stayed overnight at one of their spacious corner double room. Tried the wide selection of their mouth watering breakfast buffet too. All in all it was a great stay. I will definitely go back.

We had a celebration lunch with group of friends. The service was wonderful. The ambiance is great. I strongly recommend this place and you won’t regret of spending your money. Price is very reasonable.
Salute to the restaurant staffs for the yummylicious foods.
We plan to come back and create another awesome memories again.

Fantastic hotel. Almost total silence in all the rooms. Super location, really handy for train and metro. Can’t fault it really. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I always stay here when I visit Yokohama. Pretty expensive but you get what you pay for!

Big rooms, good location in Yokohama. Friendly staff. I didn't try the restaurant or room service, but there are plenty of food options very close by. Has a bus service to the nearby airports, however be sure to book these! Very nice baths and powerful showers. Nice ironing facilities too but again, book these early as they are not one per room — you won't get them ad hoc on Monday morning.

Best views in town. This massive tower have a roof top restaurant worth the sun set. Good quality rooms. Not so expensive (guess new development)

A Nice Hotel, Stayed in their older room the first night. The renovated one the next night was much nicer. There is a night cover charge for the 70th floor bar, which we were informed about. Only thing being American, a cover charge means you need to cover at least that amount in what you order. In this hotel it was an additional charge on top of what’s ordered. Being an international hotel, I think that should have been explained to us. Don’t get me wrong the service was great, staff was attentive, views were outstanding. Just a little disappointed more of an effort to explain, was not made.

A wonderful hotel in an ideal location. 2nd tallest building in Japan. Close to Subway and train station. Service is fantastic. English is well spoken by all the staff I interacted with. Restaurants are top notch.

Gym and pool were closed all weekend for events. It was the primary reason I booked and I was looking forward to taking the kid swimming. The room was very nice and the view was spectacular but overall very expensive for what I got.

Love the place and staff are all helpful and the view of Mt Fuji beautiful.

The view from the room is fantastic. The hotel staff and service are excellent. The only thing is that the fitness centre is expensive as it's basic equipment and very limited service hours. It's because the gym is not run by the hotel which is typical for Japanese hotels but it's very inconvenient for the hotel guests.

The actual type of housing and the type of reservation is different! The hotel's biggest selling point is the view of the entire Yokohama port area, in order to see the in-room Yokohama port area of the invincible sea view, I went online to do my homework, and then booked a "Corner Twin Bay View" because it is in the side room, So there's a whole curved window overlooking the entire Yokohama Harbor, but just after I went to the hotel counter check-in to actually get to the room, I found that the room type given to me at the counter wasn't A Corner Twin "BAY" View Room at all, because the view from the window is a large Yokohama downtown street view, It should be the low-price Dyweing Twin "CITY" View Room, it feels pretty bad! Later, I called the counter to report that this was not the sea view room I had booked, and they sent a staff member to help us move to the lower floor of the Main Port "Corner Twin Bay View", but to be honest, the hotel's impression has been discounted! This hotel room type is actually a bit complex and messy, the official website listed room type has 5 different levels, each level also subdivides several types of room type, so when booking must look carefully, avoid being secretly demoted by the hotel counter personnel do not know!

Love the buffet at 70th floor restaurant that we have been visiting for years, but I think the hotel lobby is too small to recieve so many guests at once, that it gets really crowded especially in special seasons.

Excellent hotel with top notch service. The reception staff and concierge were always very helpful. The rooms are comfortable with a fantastic view of Mt. Fuji and the Tokyo skyline on a clear day. The breakfast is just great and offers delicious Japanese but also typical ‘Western’ food. The Sky Lounge bar is a bit pricy but offers good drinks in a great atmosphere with jazz music. The buses to both airports Haneda and Narita stop directly at the hotel. Very convenient and easy to reach by bus or tube/subway – Minatomirai station is close which connects you to Tokyo city centre quickly.

Thank you for the wonderful stay, October 8, 2017. Our room was on the 65th floor, the view was fantastic. We had a great time at the lounge and the breakfast was heavenly!

Friendly and helpful staff. Great atmosphere and clean rooms.

I stay at 61 level, and the bay view is perfect, especially in night. Local in YOKOHAMA LANDMARK shopping mall, and nearby JP station. Just walk 5 mins.

Attended a wedding on the 70F floor, staffs and venue is really nice. One thing to point out will be the location was a bit tricky from Minatomirai station.

One word sums up this hotel — Superb! Our room is great on the 56th floor even though it isn't a bay view, and taking breakfast on the 70th floor is fantastic, never mind 'breakfast at Tiffany's, here it is breakfast with a view'! The breakfast was excellent too!

I stayed only one night so I cannot give fair assessment of all amenities like restaurant, etc. Overall a clean, well appointed professional business hotel^_^ I give it 8.5/10 stars.

It was a great place to stay at. It provides very comfortable rooms and bathrooms. The location is amazing and the view from the room was very beautiful. The hotel staff are very polite and insured that I had a comfortable stay.

Very well located hotel in the Minato Mirai 21 area, close to sights as well as being on the direct bus route from Haneda. Great service even though their English was a little uneven. Recommended.

Everything about this hotel was amazing, from the service, to the rooms and the impressive views. It's well situated for travel in to Tokyo and the surrounding area, and there are a number of shopping malls and food options within 5 minutes walk. Would absolutely recommend.
