The hotel is truly a pleasant surprise. Though room small but well planned n equipped. Even WC, bathtub with shower are separated. Fantastic location inside shopping arcade so lots of shops, restaurants … 3 minutes to main Street with more shops, money changer, supermarket, 7-11, bus stops… 10 minutes to subway station. Within walking distance to Gion and Nishiki market. Definitely will come back to stay.

Good central location. Walking distance to shopping, good food and parks. Room itself was meant to be non-smoking but smelled like cigarettes. No view from the room. You stared at electrical lines. Staff was friendly. Starbucks downstairs and you’re 1 block from one of the main streets in Kyoto.

Very nice rooms and service! Staff is extremely helpful and offered to get us taxis early in the morning.

Counter staff friendly attitude, location in the booming urban areas are not afraid to go, the room is slightly small, but the bathroom is very good, another offer did not buy breakfast guests free simple bread and coffee, it is worth adding points.

Right in the centre of kyoto, not much of a view but perfect for what we wanted, just a place to sleep, nice big bath, and wet room separate to toilet.

Nice location, comfortable bed, helpful front desk, quite room, cheap price, there is nothing more you could expect for a place to stay in Kyoto.

The hotel room was very, very small! However, it was very clean. Location was excellent and was the main reason for staying in the hotel. The shopping arcade is right in front of you as soon as you exit the hotel. Getting to the subway/tube is about a 10 minute walk and about 2 or 3 stops from Kyoto station. Staff were very good and polite.

Just north of the Nishiki market, walking distance to the airport bus station, to the metro. Clean but small room. Very nice and helpful staff. They helped us call the kimono renting company and arrange a pick up date. Many restaurant around. Less than one hour stroll to kyomizu-dera (we really took our time), a good way to discover the city.

Not so easy to find but good location in town.

Nice new hotel in a very nice area. Plenty of places to walk to! The rooms are basic but good. The pillows are quite poor and the check in process when I arrived was painfully slow as they have 2 towers with 2 separate check ins.

Great hotel! Good location right by a market with shops and restaurants. The room was very clean and had everything I needed. The service was friendly!

Stayed for three nights in the south tower. The rooms are clean, modern and fresh. The hotel is located in the middle of a great shopping district. The only downside is the lack of an onsite public bath, and the breakfast buffet gets pretty dull the second day. I recommend only buying breakfast tickets for one day at a time.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. She spoke good English and helped us to make reserve train tickets. Location was excellent, in the middle of the shopping area and near key bus stops / subway stations. There's a big 24-hour 7-11 immediately downstairs so very convenient for getting any necessities or late-night snacks. Room was relatively spacious and clean. We will choose this hotel again if we re-visit Kyoto.

Clean, modern, great location, comprehensive breakfast and helpful staff. Downside is small rooms so if you have large luggage it will be a struggle to find room for them.

We stayed in South (newer? ) tower in a twin room and the experience was just awesome. Clean, very well equipped and very well thought through room. Pleasant smell, very good bathroom, all the facilities are great. You can even do your laundry downstairs at very little cost. Air conditioner is very smart and keeps exactly the temperature you ask but without blowing you away with frozen air (we stayed there in July) Location is great just in the heart of small covered shopping streets (it's pedestrian-only zone), not very far (still a taxi ride) from the central station. Highly recommend — it made our stay in Kyoto very nice.

The best sleep I had in years, this area is perfectly quiet at night, great room and excellent staff. Also there is a 7/11 downstairs with a card access door to the hotel which is is really handy.

Cleaned. And the room is well organized, but really small. It is in central position. There is no much left to say. This hotel has no hall, no facilities, it's the kind of place where u go to sleep only, and the rest of the day u visit the city. There is a 7eleven convenience shop at the entrance. I would say is designed as a business trip hotel.
