Good accommodation with a lot parking opportunities in central Okinawa.

Stayed at the Grand many times, staff is wonderful, food is outstanding, rooms are perfect. Highly recommend. Jim Hughes United States Government, retired.

Is a good hotel, good service & good price.

Hotel provides great service at a great price but could use some upgrades on their Wi-Fi, bed comfort, and overall room quality.

The most non-pushing hotel on this journey, there is a kind of gold outside of its table failure in the feeling, holiday is not cheap ah. The room is dim and the bathroom equipment can be seen for many years.

Good place to stay if visiting the island. Very helpful and friendly staff. Not to far from most things. Would love to stay here again.

Hotel staff were friendly and facilities were adequate. However, was situated on a hill and required much driving to reach the hotel. Some taxi drivers were also unsure of how to reach the location.

I'm going to eat this restaurant. There are pine leaf crabs in the feast room. The weekday price is about 3000 yen. It's delicious and there's a lot of wine and drinks to drink.

Location is not particularly ideal, but the room is quite large and has a swimming pool. There are no convenience stores around the hotel with reasonable prices. There is a free shuttle to aeon and the American Village. Finally bought an auspicious little lion back, the experience is good.

Passengers who come to check in must have a car that is most convenient, and the nearest convenience store nearby is a three-minute drive away. Although the location is relatively inconvenient, but look out of the night scene is quiet. It is perfect for bringing children, and every member of staff is very enthusiastic and patient in looking at every traveler, large and small. Living in a tatami room type, all the bedding placed in the cupboard will not have a bad taste.
Bathrooms are not too small, there is a shower and a small bathtub, the toilet is separate out of the mini one. The hotel is about 20-30 minutes ' drive from the American village. But the nearby 10-minute drive has a very large AEON, studios, supermarkets, electrical appliances, department stores and so on, very good stroll.

Staff very friendly. Rooms really big for Japanese standards (most hotels only provide 12-15m^2. Here it's 30+ m^2). Nice view. Restaurant is great. Good location. Free shuttle services to Chatan and big mall. Many discounts for hotel restaurants and other attractions on okinawa. The rooms are getting renovated. There are free parking slots. Bicycle rental for 1000¥.

Friendly staff, food is great but those beds! Hard as a rock. Very uncomfortable.

Location is not great, but the hotel is decently nice, clean, and with great amenities. However, if you don't have a rental car or are willing to take a taxi, the location could be a problem.

Great view. Excellent breakfast. Well worth the extra $15 a day. I think they are renovating some of the rooms on the upper floors. If you get a renovated one, it is super nice. The older rooms are still nice, just not as nice.

Very ordinary Hotel (ex: location, room and equipment), carpet dirty, breakfast variety but not delicious, in addition to reception services good no advantage. It is highly recommended to sell spicy oil on the first floor.

We won a free lunch at the dress diner buffet at a drawing.
We got seated at a side table like a kids table at a family event.
Half the food was gone and/or cold. Gross.
It wasn’t easy access.
We definitely don’t recommend it.

Good service, everything, after the rainy days can be in the resort to relax and play, to go out can make an appointment to connect the car, even rent a car can be completed in the resort, as long as there is no trouble to stay, to the resort is good! can also communicate in Chinese Oh!

Convenient access to the car, friendly service, with Chinese staff. But this time 4 people Western-style room light is too dim, the bathroom does not have wet and dry separation, is to stay three times since, the most bad room; there is a public microwave on each floor, breakfast without island tofu, fried eggs, fruit juice is not good, unfortunately, swimming pool temperature, but the hair dryer, changing rooms.

But the short sunrise has to see the sea view outside the restaurant window.

Large rooms (tatami ones) including a balcony. Staff are very professional and cordial. They provided free water everyday and the amount of food at the breakfast buffet was very significant. Would definitely go there again. A large department store aeon is nearby so the location is pretty good.

Didn't start at the hotel, just came in for the buffet. I don't recommend it. Stay home. If you're looking for crab, you're better off getting a bag or two of frozen crab legs from the commissary and boiling them at home. If you're staying here at the hotel or have someone else driving, I'd say you could get your buffet money's worth in booze as there is a pretty well stocked range of offerings, and maybe with enough alcohol you ain't care what the food tastes like.

Great hotel. Stayed here for two weeks for work. Fantastic views, easy access, great breakfast and very good Japanese Resturaunts. I had a very nice room. Lots of space.

As an American coming here with little to no Japanese practice I was very nervous, the staff worked hard to accommodate me and helped me with anything I needed! I am having a great experience here and would surely recommend✨

It's a wonderful hotel with excellent staff. The staff is very helpful and polite. When we drop off, the staff always help us to send our stuff to our room. The room is spacious with enough space. The bath tub is very big and I enjoy to have hot bath after showering!

The hotel is clean and well kept, plenty of food on the premises. However, there is nkt mich around the hotel. The hotel offers free shuttles into town and free breakfast.

A comfortable hotel, with facilities good for family. It is not a top graded hotel but has all necessary facilities for family. The best part of the hotel are the rooms, those above 9 to 14 floors are spacious with sitting rooms attached and all have veranda facing the sea. It also has separate pantry, independent washroom and bath. Quite a size for a Japanese hotel at the price it charged. The only set back I feel is that there are too few TV channels to choose from and the only available English Channel BBC-the reception is exceptionally poor, also the room carpet needs some deep cleanings. On the whole, myself and wife are satisfied. A warm remindance, do bring along a water bottle to hold the boiling water if you boil water from the kettle for your daily needs. The hotel only provides two bottles of water on your first day stay. The front desk said tap waters are drinkable, but I prefer to have it boiled first.

A 4-star hotel with good facilities, restaurants with fine dining or buffet service. High professionalism and education at the reception. High prices but also here is holiday place in August. The breakfast I have to add that if someone needs to print boarding passes the printer is not available to customers: This is not a 4 star hotel.

I ate lunch at the Dress Restaurant within the hotel. There was a pretty good selection of food there, and the price was okay for a buffet. When we got there, there was a line out the doors! The food was good, but the desserts were amazing.

The location is not great, very limited points of interest near here. It's a short drive to the mall. Rooms are clean and pleasant, but lack of power outlets is puzzling (and knocked it from 4 to 3 stars for me). Restaurants in this hotel have a good atmosphere and great food, mostly catered to Japanese taste.

Nice people and good food but hotel is old and not located in a great area. This is an older Hotel that really needs an upgrade, for example there are very few outlets in the room for charging cell phone Etc. While the hotel is very clean and is a good place to stay, there is very little within walking distance. If you plan to stay here make sure your plans either include a rental car or take advantage of the many tours offered. Given a choice I would stay somewhere else however if there were limited choices I would gladly come back.

Really enjoyed the night in the hotel room. Decorated into a traditional Japanese style with tatami, the room was quite cozy.

Our party of 10 people set a reservation one week in advance for restaurant inside the resort called Shuna restaurant. It is all you can eat for 3000 yen. Unfortunately you can only order two items at a time for each person. We all ordered 2 items each and waited, waited, waited, … for one hour until receiving some food but not all the food. All the waitress did not know who the food belonged to. The first order of food slowly came to the table. We placed our second order and the same type of very slow service was seen for second order. My wife is Japanese and she complained to the restaurant that we were hungry and service was very slow. Suddenly the food showed up immediately after the complaint. It seemed to all of us that the restaurant was holding the food to kill time so we could not order more food. The food is good but plates are very small, so you need to order many times. But you can not order many times since waitress is not available to order and you have to chase down the waitress to give your order. The food is really good but if you can not order your food items then you are there waiting. They should not call it All you can eat if they do not allow you to order and the restaurant does not deliver on timely fashion. You are better off going to standard all you can eat buffet where you have control of your food. I forgot to say that my wife ordered food for my my children and herself. The food was delivered to other table.

I did not stay at the location as a guest, instead I enjoyed the spa service. The service was incredible and I will be going back as often as I can for their facial. The resort is beautiful overall with great views. Highly recommend a visit.

Pros: big room, great view of the ocean, 24hr fitness center, little indoor pool, held new year eve outdoor count down party, great view of fireworks! Cons: the room seems quite old. Very old fashion american motel designs. Location is somewhat remote.

The employees don't know English, plus they are stupid as hell. So you can't get information if you're not speaking Japanese.

Staff are super nice there. The double bed room is big enough to hang out. However, you can't really swim in the swimming pool as it's too small with kids playing. Free car park and cheap car rental are excellent!

I was in Okinawa for business. I drove a rental car from Naha and didn't have too much issue finding it. The parking situation is strange, there are several satellite parking lots around the hotel, the biggest across a busy road, behind some homes. Luckily the hotel has an amazing shuttle service. You can park on your own and call the shuttle, or drive up to the front of the hotel and follow the shuttle there. The shuttle drivers and the folks out front are amazing friendly people. The front desk staff is equally awesome, English speakers are even available. I was pleasantly surprised and happy with the spacious room, after staying in tiny rooms on the mainland. However they are in a desperate need of renovation. The carpet is very old and worn, and the decor is out dated, but it was clean. The main restaurant Dress Diner is the typical hotel buffet, except this one is very good. I loved the Okinawan Soba and the general variety. Breakfast is also great. Perfect for when the weather is poor or when you're too tired to go out and enjoy the amazing restaurants Okinawa has to offer. There is also a small Convinence store on the lobby floor. It's no FamilyMart, but really handy for grabbing a drink or late night snacks. I did get a massage from the Spa, and I will say it was one of the best I've had. Perfect for the weary road warrior and vacationers alike.

2015.2.8~10, the hills of skyline, America, a swimming pool, a lot of people use, 2/10 a. M. Bag, awesome.
