Very nice Hotel Moon Beach.

Great beach and pools! We purchased a day pass and very much enjoyed the facilities and the lunch buffet! Slightly disappointed the hotel isn’t tattoo friendly but nothing a long sleeve bathing suit can’t fix!

FOREIGNERS BEWARE! We had an awful experience at this hotel, which is unfortunate because we were very excited to have access to a private beach and pools. These facilities do not allow tattoos (this information is NOT readily available at booking), so my husband was asked to put on a shirt while we were swimming. He went to the front desk to politely ask about this policy and was ridiculed by the staff (particularly the manager). They laughed at him and referred to him as "gaijin" (a slightly derogatory word for foreigner) multiple times. We live and work in Japan and understand the culture surrounding tattoos, as well as the negative feelings towards Americans due to the trouble historically caused by the U. S. Military bases. However, this level of rudeness and blatant racism is unprecedented, especially in the hospitality industry. Combined with the fact that the outdoor pool was closed and the other pools/beach had limited hours, we basically paid a steep rate to use our hotel room (which was nice, but was out of date and had electrical issues) and swim/sit at the beach with clothes on. We have had great trips to Okinawa before and plan to return many more times, but we will never book Hotel Moon Beach again. We were treated as an inconvenience rather than as customers, and clearly the quality of our experience is valued much less than that of Japanese guests.

Is a really for a kid to live a hotel, a pool, a sandy beach, there is a hermit crab can let the children watch the touch!

Very large hotel, there are selling shops, as well as many restaurants, as well as fish tanks, ecological pools and so on, suitable for children to be not bored. But a lot of mosquitoes, very poisonous! Please note that.

The beach is very clean and beautiful, so that people feel comfortable and relaxed, although we are foreign tourists still feel the hospitality staff of the cordial, the room is also praised the sea, occupancy space is also full of large, there is a chance to stay.

Amazing, beautiful, very very comfortable hotel. My favorite on the Okinawa! Very clear. There is good onsen. And best restaurants, bar's. Very nice food and drinks. Many shops, not expensive. Very friendly personal. Amazing views. Recommended!

Beautiful. Fun and nice staff. There are signs about their tattoo policy, but when I was buying our admission, the girl touched my wrist and commented that she liked my tat. It was no issue.

In the Moon night it sure there is a fantastic Moon beach, you could know the meaning! Please visit there! Anyway, day and night you can enjoy this hotels. In a day, sun stays back, the hotel beach is very clear.

One of the most beautiful beaches I've ever been too. The room is a little dated but very clean. The staff is very accommodating even to foreigners who do not speak their language. I highly recommend this place.

If this hotel is only for Japanese, then do not sell to foreigners! There's no one speaks English at all! If the parking lot was full, please try to find one for the guests who have made a reservation! What's the problem to get one security to tell us that we couldn't park in front of the door, are we someone dangerous?! If we could find a space to park, why we wanted to park there? It is a four-star hotel, and no one does the luggage or parking service for guests? We could tell that the first floor is the business area, but how could we know where the checkin account is? Do I work here? Have I came here before? No one came out to guide and no one spoke English at all, please tell us what the hell could we do? Such a suck hotel!

Nice beach. But non-residence of the hotel needs to pay to access to the beach. But worth the payment.
