Service was good nice staff, but it looks a bit different from the web!

Dec. 2017 Old facilities but kind staff and wonderful view for breakfast. This hotel is not far from the American village by car. But a convenience store is not found nearby.

Kind staff, a spacious room, and a calm town. It’s so close to sea. You can enjoy beautiful view during breakfast as well as wonderful sunset in the evening. This hotel is not far from the main shopping center and American village by car, a convenience store is a bit far, though. You should buy what you need on the way to the hotel.

2017/11/08 check-in only the defendant breakfast to pay an additional charge of a person 3400JPY, parking also to charge, shampoo bath milk also to charge!
Staying is the new hall location is not good without sea view, the whole building is musty! It's a 15-minute drive from the American village. There is no shop or breakfast near at all very not recommended because the noise in the decoration is very disturbing.

The staff doesn't speak much English, so it will be a challenge to communicate with the front desk at times. I needed to use the washing machine, but all of the instructions were in Japanese. I asked the front desk to show me how to use the washer and dryer. After a lot of hand signalling and gesturing I was able to do my laundry. The view on the roof for breakfast was amazing. If the waves are good, you can watch surfers catch waves from an ocean window seat. The breakfast food items were great for the first few days, but then everything repeats. The rooms are large in comparision to a normal Japanese hotel room.

Small and simple rooms but very clean with big bathroom. Fridge and sink/hot plate were included but no microwave. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is pretty basic, typical for an included breakfast in Japan. Location is nice, right by the ocean and short walk (less than 30 minutes) to American Village shopping area and the bus stop. A bit far from the airport, and the last bus is quite early.

The room are nice and spacious. It is a little bit far from the airport but you can take one bus to the hotel. The jacuzzi was broken when I stayed and the internet did not work.

I called them late at night and asked if they had a room opening, even though the front desk closes soon, they checked me in. Very nice, welcoming staff. The room was amazing! The bed was so comfortable and fluffy, soft. The look was very classy with a touch of island. Even came with a kitchen! And there was the perfect amount of space. Felt like I bought a perfect apartment. Will be coming back!

Just visited the restaurant on the roof once. Liked it a ot great view over the ocean from up there.

Reasonable rooms for the price. Spa was not working when I went a month ago.

Very friendly service but little English. Breakfast included. Fancy bathroom and small park near. Very good breakfast.

A little bit pricy, but room and employees are nice.
