This is a nice hotel in Fukuoka very close to the baseball stadium. It is a little far away from the nightlife area of Fukuoka, which can be a lot of fun — but it is only a taxi ride away. Rooms are very clean and modern. Bed was comfortable with two sets of pillows. The shower was excellent, with very strong and hot water. Combining this hotel with a baseball game would be ideal.

Nice view but little bit far from anything else. Decent size room. The breakfast was slightly shocking as it's my first time to queue, but to be fair, the day that I stay was full house with lots of group tours rushing out in the morning and staff did their best to handle but my advice is not going to the breakfast first thing in the morning if you want a nice quiet one.

Hotel is ok only but room is not very big. Hotel does not provide free mineral water but there is a water dispenser. The breakfast is very good and they have a very good spread of japanese food. However, there is also a shopping ally in the hotel and a 24 hrs family mart. Free Wi-Fi provided. The hotel also provide free shiseido face wash, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner.

Efficient with excellent views, with 5* pricing. Excellent buffets with a vast range of genres. 7 layer chocolate fountain amongst the dozens of dessert choices. Also wide range of options, including fresh healthy food.

Love the view from my room and the customer service that they provided. Breakfast location was awesome too. Other than the similar dishes daily, I feel that it's pretty perfect.

Located next to the Fukuoka Yafuoku! Dome, and at a 10-min walk from the Fukuoka Tower, the Hilton is a huge complex with a shopping mall, congress centre and wedding hall. We went for a short weekend getaway and arrived on Saturday afternoon. The reception was very busy and with long queues (perhaps because there was a concert of a popular K-pop band in the Dome that evening) but we managed to quickly check in at the desks reserved to the Hilton Honors members. The room was small, as expected in Japan, with no bells and whistles. Nonetheless for one night, it was just fine. All the usual amenities, including Pj's, were provided. Service was professional.

Huge hotel including futuristic chapel, small shopping mall, restaurants, conference rooms, etc. Great view, nice little extra features (e. G. Double-layer shower curtain or heated area in bathroom mirror so that it does not hit there). A star deduction due to the extra cost of Wi-Fi in the rooms.

The tour guide has agreed to arrive in advance to get the key. Service staff or let the whole group wait in the hall for 10 minutes of breakfast in batches of time to the queue and is large if you're in a hurry, you don't have to eat a hotel to make money. Service quality down one breakfast, you need to wait in line, so many breakfast seats are so inadequate. Or star hotel.

Great view, great breakfast, the beach is not too far away, just need a bit of walking.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. Japanese hotels have the most comfortable beds and pillows on the planet. Lots of Weddings takes place in this hotel. Beautiful setting. The Seahawk stadium is right beside the hotel. There's a KFC along the stadium walk, but it is only open on Game days. Only sad part is that there are no shopping centers nearby. Public Bus stops infront of the hotel on its way to the shopping mall area.

Good hotel rooms with some essential shops on level 4 (lobby level). Next to Seahawks stadium. Not a very good location but there's a direct bus to tenjin and hakata.

I'm heading back there for half work half holiday, so well see if they treat me any better. Just look up 'cloud lounge' for the Hiltons amazing guest services and value. No respect for anyone with a disability at all! I understand Japan has a different culture to the west, I've been there a few times, but they were terrible for such a global brand and additionally I was PAYING for the right to be there. Let's hope their apology meant more than 'PR' and they have improved, otherwise it's a quick stay for me!

A great Hilton at Fukuoka, Japan. Located by the seaside with perfect view of the beautiful city on 35th floor. It is next to the Fukuoka Tower. The buffet is simply wonderful with great selection. Japanese, Korean, and western and seafood feast. Needless to say, their excellent services is legendary.

The rooms are not large, but the place looks clean and nice.

Not at walking distance from downtown, hence 3 stars. But if here for stadium events top place. Rooms are fairly good.

Booked a room during a flash sale, received a complimentary upgrade to the panoramic suite. Absolutely impeccable service. Simply blown away by every aspect — staff went out of their way to cater to our every need. Room was breath taking, woke up to a stunning view of Fukuoka. Highly recommended.

Great place for a convention or watching the seahawks play. Besides that, location is not the best for shopping or family holidays. $20 cab ride to get to a nearby mall.

Common areas are big and spacious. Airconditioning and beds are comfortable. Convenience store at the hotel itself. A little isolated but there are busses at the hotel itself to get out to other places.

Very nice hotel, but does not provide ameneties of smaller hotels (bottled water, free Wi-Fi, etc). Further, our room's shower was so clogged, the previous tenant's soap and pubes floated up from the drain. The hotel staff sent up a plumber right away, but it was a gross experience. Location is about 20 minutes walk from the subway. There is a 24 hour convenience store next to the lobby.

朝ビュッフェは美味しかったが、フロント周りでホテルマンに目のまえを何度も横切られたのは不快だった (他のシティホテルでは、立ち止まって客を先に通してくれる) フロント階のトイレはゴミが溢れ出し、トイレも外人が多いせいか汚かった。 野球がある日は、フロント階だけでもトイレは係を置いておく方が良いと思います。 時間が重なるせいにしても、チェックイン時の時間待ちは、最悪に悪い。ディズニー周りのホテルも時間は重なるけど、こんなにも待たされることは少ない。

Great location right next to the beach with great views. Nice chinese restaurant but main restaurant buffet is very expensive for what you get. No free Wi-Fi except for in the lobby — so looses a star for that! Tiny rooms. Staff's english is ok, but not great.

Good location, view from the window at 5 + polite and attentive staff. Cons: all very expensive services for the idea included in the Bill for the room, available for a fee. The same can be noted of the remoteness of the hotel from the nearest metro stations.

Nice hotel with lovely lobby and clean standard room. Breakfast buffet was a little disappointing. No hot water nor hot beverages (station) available. Omelette only has cheese, bacon, onion, and red bell pepper but is missing other very important ingredients, such as tomato, mushroom, and guacamole! Hmmm. Fancy decor but fairly poor dishes selection.

Price of Summer time is almost three-times higher than Winter time. Except that, Its Acceptable.

I feel like i'm in heaven at hilton fukuoka. it's not just only the hotel, but it's the landmark of fukuoka.

Price is good / good to stay / kind staffs / nice morning buffet / clean room BUT too far from downtown. Also nearest subway station is 10-15mins by walk. Taxi from airport is fastest way but it costs about usd 25-40.
