The room was clean and spacious, as advertised. Breakfast was simple, but could've been a little more varied. Still, 500 yen worth… I walked to Hakata station, which took about 25 minutes. The location is convenient if you want to be sort of away from the inner city noise. I'd stay again, but I think the room rate should've been more like 8000 yen than 10000.
➜ Although not like the five Star flag hotel. But it is recommended for travelers who are cost-effective. Clean and simple. There's everything. Unless the traveler himself must have what brand to wash. Just take it yourself. But the shampoo in Japan is well used. Won't wash the tough. Even a washing machine. There's a gymnasium across the street that will play sumo. So you will often see Lex live here. Very good hotel, next time you have to stay.

Rooms are spacious the hotel most likely was an apartment building transformed in to a hotel. Breakfast wasn't so great (¥500) better off to get something in the city. Our room didn't have a phone charger like most hotels do in Japan. So make sure to bring one. There is also a bus stop close to the hotel which you can use to reach the city centre or you could walk there in about 20-25 mins.
