The location is a bit awkward and it's a good 20 mins walk with a suitcase if you're coming from Hakata station. Everything is squeaky clean as expected in Japan. The staff are polite and speaks English. There's a full kitchen on the ground floor, public bath and even a sauna which is a plus. Will be a good choice for a few nights stay.
Friendly staff, but not very fluent in English.

Great value for the money! Beds are very confortable, rooms are clean and, despite the great number of people in the rooms, it is quite quiet. The onsen and the sauna (which is actually more of a hamam) are very clean and relaxing! The staff is also nice and speaks good English.
