The hospitality and helpfulness of the staff at this hotel sets new standards. They were so responsive to the guests I booked here that they specifically requested that I book them there again on their return to Niigata.
Inexpensive and clean accommodation. The staff are very helpful. A moderately priced restaurant is located in the same complex. Walking distance to the Nigata railway station.

The room was average and the pillows felt like rocks. The air conditioning was lackluster and in the summer heat with humidity from the rain, it made it quite uncomfortable. They didn’t give us our breakfast tickets and when we asked for them they advised us it wasn’t included in our room charge and it would cost 3, 200 yen per person. After checking the booking confirmation email I received and showing them we had it included, they finally gave us the breakfast tickets. Apart from the location, there is nothing that stands out about this hotel.
