Cannot recommend highly enough. Very deserving 5 star property, just a short walk to the station and shopping. Convenient 7/11 1minute walk away. Rooms immaculate and large and with a family of 3 we were very comfortable. Service from front desk staff simply amazing. They source their counter staff from all over the world, and local Japanese. In my encounters they were all professional, courteous, attentive and all spoke fluent English. I will stay again on next visit.
Good location, just walk 300 m. From JR station, excellent of service. Clean room. Breakfast is good and big resturant. Recommend to everyone who would like to visit Kyoto.
